My toddler had either played postman with the Token through the bin or exposed floorboards during some house renovation. All that remained was part the giftcard was originally attached to. I had kept it for years in a box of things to sort out and recently rediscovered it. I looked up if it expired and it didn't so on the very slim chance the remaining bit had enough information on it to recover the lost TheatreToken giftcard, I contacted the company and a very helpful guy named Henry got back in contact. He was honest abiut the chances but asked for more details - time and place etc. He then got back to me later and had done the seemingly impossible and was able to sort me out a code for my long lost Token! Grateful beyond words!

Had a letter from a defunct company issuing theatre tokens but no further details. Am SO grateful to Henry from Customer Services, Theatretokens.com for the fast, efficient and pleasant way he sorted out the problem and send me the voucher all within two days. FANTASTIC SERVICE. Thank you.

Just fantastic. Customer service the way it used to be, and still should be. My tokens went awry during a transaction on the they’re website, and Henry managed to track the tokens down and reissue them for me. Thank you so much. Also, hats off to a company who doesn’t put an expiry date on the their gift tokens. An all round good egg.

I ordered a theatre token gift card which hadn't arrived in time! I mailed and received a prompt reply and the problem was resolved speedily and efficiently by transferring it to an eGift.

I found some Theatre Tokens which were gifted to me several years ago. Having failed to register them at the time, I had some trouble finding out how to do it. My query email was responded to in hours (despite emailing on a Sunday) and the issue was resolved the following day. Such a lovely, positive approach and I genuinely felt that nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service. Thank you.

Super easy to buy vouchers on line and Henry was so helpful and speedy when my gift recipients lost track of their vouchers. Highly recommended.

A company is best measured in the way it handles problems - in this case caused by me sending to the recipients no longer used email address. I got an immediate and polite response to say that the token had been redirected to the correct address. What's also great about these is that they're not person specific which makes them flexible + there's no expiry date!

Discovered some very old Theatre Tokens tucked in a drawer. Sent photos and they were replaced immediately for new digital tokens. The team at Theatre Tokens were helpful and efficient and now I have an unexpected theatre trip to look forward to!

We purchased an e voucher for a friend's retirement, a couple of days later we realised we had given the wrong email address for the recipient. I contacted customer services by email and received a reply almost instantly. Kay sorted out the problem for us & our friend received her voucher within a couple of minutes. Fantastic customer service from Kay. I had originally ordered the tokens by post to send on to a friend (I wanted 'physical' vouchers). I received them fine from Theatre Tokens but they then got lost in the post when I sent them on. I contacted customer services and within 10 minutes I received a reply and re-issued tokens (e-tokens this time!). I really recommend this company
