Had a problem because I asked for the tokens to be sent by post and the Royal Mail were very late, but Theatre Tokens couldn't have been more helpful and efficiently changed my order to an e-mail. Fast response and happy there was a contact. unlike many firms today

There was no fuss, no inquisition, no form-filling: just a very rapid, professional response which also produced an excellent outcome. If this standard of after-sales service / customer interaction was more widely practiced (especially regards online transactions), the world would be a way happier & less frustrating place. An excellent service from Kay at Theatre Tokens. I had old tokens which, I recently found out, can't be used any more.
I asked for help with this and within 24 hours I had a helpful e-mail and replacement tokens. Brilliant!

It is so rare to find a company that accepts gift vouchers (tokens) beyond a certain period, so when I recently found a Theatre Tokens voucher that was at least 14 years old I didn't hold out much hope it would still be usable. Checking on the Theatre Tokens website, they said they honour old vouchers without a PIN by swapping them for an e-gift card. Within 24 hours, a voucher I thought I couldn't use has now got a useable monetary value and won't go to waste. I cannot fault the honourability or efficiency of this company!

Contacted the company by email to ask about some VERY old tokens, which had no PIN number and I couldn't see how to redeem them. Kay responded within 24 hours and resolved the issue, by cancelling the old tokens and reissuing them as an e-voucher. Amazing customer service, with a friendly, positive personal touch: absolutely brilliant to find such a can-do and personalised response, all completed via email! SO good that Theatre tokens do not expire: Brilliant scheme all round. Would definitely recommend and promote. Thank you Kay!

I ordered theatre tokens. Unfortunately I gave the recipient the confirmation email not the tokens. Contacted TT tokens were replaced within the hour. Thanks Kay for a quick efficient service

I lost my gift token card that still was only half used and without the PIN number you can’t use the tokens. Emailed them and within half an hour the problem was sorted. Lost card cancelled and new one sent to me with my outstanding balance. Also theatre tokens are getting so much easier to use online than they used to be. Can definitely recommend.

I recently had a problem with an unreadable pin which was totally my fault. The problem was sorted out quickly with a replacement online token issued after a few email exchanges. What stood out for me was the exceptional customer service shown by the lovely Kay. Everything was done with kindness, good humour and patience esp when I couldn't work out how to send an image of the destroyed pin. Thanks for being a star!

When I found £50 worth of old unused theatre tokens from the 1990s in a drawer, I was cursing myself for not using them. A couple of quick emails with photos of the vouchers and I had a e-gift card for the same value ready for me to use. Thank you Kay for sorting this out for so quickly and easily - now to decide what tickets to go for!

I emailed in order to exchange tokens from the 90's to a replacement e-Gift. I emailed out of office hours and Kay responded first thing the next morning to acknowledge the exchange and the e-Gift shortly followed. Great customer service - thank you again Kay for your time and help.

I got in touch because I had some old theatre vouchers my family was given years ago as a gift and I wanted to find out if I could use them. The team were quick to respond and resolved the issue by turning the print vouchers into e-vouchers. Kay Adams-Ripley (Customer Service and Operations Co-ordinator) was fantastic! I'd been given a voucher ages ago, registered it on the site but lost the physical card. Within 15 minutes replacement card (evoucher) sent through and 5 minutes after that tickets purchased for the show.

When I received a theatre token at Christmas I registered it with the website.
Thank goodness I did as when I came to use it I couldn’t find it anywhere. I emailed and had a replacement etoken within 10 minutes so I could book the seats I wanted at a London theatre.

Very helpful customer service, Kay got back to me really quickly and sorted out my legacy tokens (from the early 2000s) so that I now have an e-gift card ready to use.

Vouchers ‘lost’ in post. Contacted Ted Theatre Tokens and requested vouchers be cancelled. Kay was supportive and informative throughout the time I liased with her. Her email responses were timely and she provided clear information as to how the situation could be resolved. Within less than an hour my vouchers had been cancelled and re-issued as an e-voucher. Customer service if this high standard is rare. Thank you Kay for being amazing! 😊
