Really disappointed that this company have no returns policy for some of the speakers they sell. They informed me just before I was about to order a pair of Dynaudio speakers that I could not return them or get a refund once I had purchased them! This to my mind this goes against the Consumer Rights act and distant selling regulations so I would advise people to stay away from this company!
The Audio Room is a hifi shop situated in the Hull city centre. The presentation of equipment and availability of several well appointed listening rooms is excellent. No hard sell. Equipment is set up and you are left to listen to whatever music you like for as long as you like. Knowledgable staff answer questions you have. Once purchased, new components are installed at home - all part of the service. If I was being super critical I’d say the coffee could be better when listening but that’s really being picky.
