Available online and on the phone

Called to make sure they had the last tyre in stock as been let down by two other retailers as the stock didn't actually exist... Helpful staff and tyre in the post next morning. Nicely packaged. Perfect

Friendly staff very nice to speak to…

Friendly staff very nice to speak to but I got delivered the wrong bike and mine has gone to someone else.
I Have been informed today a week later it will be next week now (2 weeks later ) to receive my bike and get the other one picked up. So I am still waiting.

A remarkable discount.

An easy to negotiate website and a straightforward transaction. A remarkable discount on the jacket I bought from them. The item was dispatched immediately and I was able to track its progress up to its delivery exactly on time. What's not to like?
