Amazing service from start to finish. I needed professional photos for my yoga and pilates business. I have had so many compliments and only problem was it made choosing them very difficult! Thank you so much

Second time at the Broadway studios with myself and my children. Both times I have had excellent service. From the hair and make up all the way through to photo selection. Chelsea done my make-up and she is amazing. Done exactly what i asked.Have always been made to feel welcome and I always recommend my friends and family. Will definitely return in the future.

The photographer had an excellent eye for detail and dealt phenomenally with my kids — shot beautiful, breathtaking pictures!

We visited Broadway Studios for our first family shoot. I have a son going through the terrible 2 stage. During my makeup, there were a variety of toys for him to play with to keep him occupied, allowing me to relax. During the actual photo shoot, the photographer was able to continuously re-engage my son, and catch some really amazing moments. The viewing room was very comfortable and once again, a variety of toys to keep my son occupied. Set aside minimum 4 hours for the entire process, but it goes sooooo fast.

A warm welcoming studio, I had my hair done immediately and subtle make up. They offered us drinks and made us warm tea. It was a pleasent experience as the people especially the photo reviewer gave us an enjoyable preview before purchase. Would recommend.

My experience at broadway studios was amazing. The photographer was super friendly and patient as I had my little ones with me as well so it was a bit of a hassle but she was great and kind. I requested my pictures to be rushed as my birthday was in a few days and they did that for me xx got my pictures in literally 2 days. And the images was breathtaking. Would recommend broadway studios to everyone xx

I was referred by a friend and initially received very positive information over the phone — the experience was presented as free and enjoyable.

The photoshoot itself lasted around three hours and was professionally conducted. However, after the session, I learned that receiving the photos for free requires waiting six weeks for small postcard-sized prints sent by post. No digital copies are included, despite being mentioned during the initial call.

At the end, several paid packages were offered, starting at around £200, with staff highlighting that each individual photo normally costs £75. I would have appreciated clearer communication about pricing and delivery options before the appointment, as it would have set more accurate expectations.

Overall, while the experience was enjoyable, greater transparency during the booking process would significantly improve the customer experience..

they asked for 25 pound deposit before the session which will be refunded afterwards but later they told us that they will only return 15 pounds

This whole experience made me cry. If you have never been to a photographic studio before, like me, then you may be as nervous as I was. I really had to convince myself to keep going and not turn back. I arrived to a gated area, beyond which lay a paved courtyard, stylish and inviting. My make-up was beautifully applied, and then it was time for the photo shoot. A young cheerful lady greeted my son and I with a smile, and helped us to feel relaxed. To my surprise we both began to enjoy ourselves and the different poses we were being directed to take. I thought at that point the experience was over, until I went to the viewing room. On a large screen I was able to view and select all the photos I wanted to have. Again there was so much laughter, and care and honesty in that space, that the professional editor gave us, that it made me cry, and the photos were great, and have been shared with all of my family and friends. I was so shocked that the photographer, so expertly managed to capture the relationship between my son and I. An invaluable experience I will truly treasure forever.

I had such a lovely experience at the broadway studios. My makeup artist was so great and informative and was happy to tweak bits I wanted to change. The photographer made me feel so comfortable as did the rest of the staff.
I would highly recommend this to everyone. I’ve already got one of my friends to have a shoot there!

I had a truly memorable experience at Broadway Studios. A friend referred me, and from the moment I called to book my appointment, the staff were warm, professional, and accommodating. On the day of my visit, I was welcomed with genuine hospitality that made me feel instantly comfortable.

I already consider myself a star, but I left feeling like a legend. The photographer matched my energy perfectly, which made the shoot exciting and enjoyable. The quality of the images was top-notch, easily among the best I’ve seen.

Every part of the experience was thoughtfully arranged to ensure I felt at ease and unrushed. Even the cinematic presentation of my photos during the selection process was impressive and added a special touch.

I highly recommend Broadway Studios for anyone seeking high-quality photography and a truly standout experience.

I had a lovely afternoon at my photoshoot.
Warm and friendly staff, including reception, hair & makeup, and photographer.

Obviously not a natural model, but had fun with different outfits and poses.

This initially was a lovely day that turned very sour very quickly.

The initial photoshoot was nice, all the staff were very friendly.

However -

When we were about to review the photos we were advised (and pushed when we were reluctant), to pass on 100 contact details to give us £100 off the photo packages we could buy afterwards and to enter us into a prize draw. Regrettably we ended up giving into this.

We were looking through the photos which were great, however the lady who was helping us look through photos became increasingly more pushy, trying to get us to buy as many photos as possible. It became rather unpleasant for us as we were made to feel bad about not buying packages. The packages were still too expensive for us regardless of the £100 off from giving contacts, so we managed to just about say no to them.

Two days on, and I am inundated with messages from friends and family asking about this phone call they have received, thinking it might be a scam and that I have been hacked or something. I have had to put a message out on my story to apologise to people and warn them that they could receive this call and of my experience with the company myself.

I have been spending my morning trying to contact Broadway studios to have them delete the contacts I have given (since I never used the money it gave us off packages anyway), however they are proving difficult to get through to. The first time we called, we went through to a man who would only email another department who dealt with that side of the company. He wouldn’t give us a phone number to contact, only his word that he would email ‘as soon as possible’.

I have tried the number numerous times again in the hour after this and have not been able to reach anyone at all since.

This has definitely been a lesson learnt for me, however I wanted to write this to avoid others making the same mistake.

I will never be recommending this company to anyone due to their pushy, aggressive sales team.

First, I was a bit hesitant, but it turned out to be a great experience, being taken care of by the team. We absolutely loved the pictures.

Broadway Studios make really nice and professional pictures. They have a lot of patients especially with children. The pictures were ready really quick and they were very clear and sharp.
