**Disappointing Experience at Coffee Pod Warragul**

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Coffee Pod in Warragul on January 6th at 10:30 am. The service I received from the young person with a nose piercing was unacceptable. It felt like I was interrupting her day when I placed my order for a takeaway skinny latte.

When I noticed she was using full-cream milk, I politely reminded her that I had asked for skinny milk. Her response was shockingly rude—she snapped at me, saying, "Relax, relax, ok!" This level of abruptness is not what I expect from a customer service experience.

To make matters worse, the coffee I received was so hot that it was difficult to hold the cup as I walked to my car. Once it cooled down, the taste was terrible—just like other reviews I’ve seen here. I ended up throwing it out, which felt like a complete waste of money.

I will never revisit Coffee Pod. This experience was disappointing on every level, from the service to the product.

I was looking for an alternative to Lavazza's own brand Modo Mio compostible and these seemed such good value that I thought they were worth a go.

I bought three different ones ranging in strength from 6/10 to 10/10 and they all taste the same ... the blandest coffee you could imagine, then add some extra bland.

Worst of all, the Lavazza pods are compostible and these are not!

A complete waste of money.

I wish there were more honest reviews from people who enjoy coffee and have higher expectations beyond 'at least it was cheap'!

I like fairly strong coffee. Like illy or Maranesi. I bought these pods with moderate hopes. I just wanted a half decent coffee. These weee supposed to be the strong dark roasts. Well I’ve just thrown them in the bin. Insipid, flavourless pap. Why!!??

The coffee pods were cheap but not even value for money. Coffee flavour was just ok. It was weak but the pods did not seal in my nespresso machine and left mopping up after every pod and i only got about a 60% fill. Its messy and a waste of money plus the customer services team ignore you.

The flavour are weak and lacking in body.No way comparable to actual Lavazza quality pods.

Regardless of how good or bad products are from this company, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. We had two faulty batches of pods and were made to feel that it was our fault and had to persist to get a reasonable response. Person replying obviously has a bit of a chip on his shoulder as he can’t accept that sometimes mistakes are made and products maybe sub standard. The way he handled both mine and my partners separate issues was woeful. Avoid!

I bought a package (Intense - Nespresso compatible) from the Sainsbury's. The taste is good actually. But they need to make the pods recyclable. The box is recyclable, but not the pods. Hence I can't suggest it as it is not environment friendly.

Paid extra for courier delivery as the post office is so unreliable. Get a msg from DPD saying delivery between 13:00 & 14:50 so made sure I’m home, waited all afternoon to then get a msg saying they couldn’t find my address. Strange considering they have delivered here dozens of times before! Contacted Coffee Pod but no response.
Left out of pocket and no coffee. Very poor service.

Bought fifty pods of various strengths,and flavours to fit my Lavazza machine. Modo MOO compatible. They are very good,and you cannot grumble about the price!

This company has gone downhill!! We are not happy with their product or customer service (non existant).

The pods are a fraction too short for a Nespresso pixi. The front foil does not pierce properly, so much of the water goes into the drip tray. Stand their coffee pods side by side to a Nesspresso capsule, a L'or capsule or a illy capsule and you will see their Coffee Pod capsule is a fraction smaller, just enough to prevent the front foil piercing fully. I recommend you read company reviews regarding Nespresso compatible capsules before buying lowpriced pods. My own experience of buying low cost pods from several different companies has shown me they are just not worth it.

Just feel I have to review this company as they are brilliant. Easy to order online with ultra fast delivery. Massive selection of coffee available. The pods I get from them fit perfectly and have an amazing flavour . . . By far the best I have ever bought. Buy your coffee from this company with complete confidence .I am so glad I do.

Was looking for A Modo Mio compatible capsules, as Lavazza itself seems to have such a limited range these days. Found this company via Google and am very pleased to say I found the service extremely efficient and the coffee excellent - surpassing Lavazza itself IMHO. The pods work well in my machine. Have just placed another order!

Fast and efficient service. I ordered a selection of ese pods to try during the second lockdown. They arrived in a few days and they are great quality. Will definitely be ordering more.

My husband was the first to try these pods supposedly compatible with Nespresso machines. A quarter cup of weak coffee later plus a very wet worktop he realised that something was amiss. According to the company we were 'over extracting' causing the foil to separate, which is nonsense as the capsule foil was still intact.

I am not sure why this company has these poor reviews as my experience has always been very good with them. The prices are excellent, you get 2 for 1 on the french coffee and i always get the delivery the next day

Ordered 5th Dec for delivery 5-7 days, didn’t receive, emailed customer service no response. Contacted wowcher as bought through them, they emailed Euro coffee pods 9 days ago asking for a response within 72 hours- still absolutely nothing!!!
Had another email from wowcher this morning saying they’ve emailed them again as they’ve had no response!
Can’t believe in this day and age a company treats its customers so badly!
So paid my money and still no pods !

Maybe it’s because I got a good deal (obviously not that good!) and they don’t want to deliver..... DONT SELL VIA WOWCHER THEN!!!!!

I bought two mixed boxes of the Coffee Sense pods and the water just did not flow through properly. The pods let about 5ml of water through on espresso setting instead of the normal 40ml from a genuine Nespresso pod. In fact the other 35ml of coffee went into the drip tray and spilled over! I contacted customer services for a refund + postage costs, as faulty, on the unopened box and they were most unhelpful, claiming I was over extracting the pods and would not refund my return postage! I've been using my Nespresso for a number of years I know how to use the machine. I chucked them all in the bin, lesson learned, back to Nespresso pods.

I've ordered from these guys several times, and they are always the best price, the quickest delivery, the best CS, and crucially, the best coffee.
