Dream Lodge Holidays 

We had a perfect break in north walsham. The lodge we stayed in was luxurious to say the least. My son who is disabled had the most wonderful weekend for his birthday. Although the lodge was not adapted to accommodate my sons disabilities. Due to the sheer spacious lodge made this a perfect place for him.
Fantastic break, I would highly recommend to anyone.

The lodge was excellent with all the facilities you could wish for including hot tub. There is a heated outdoor pool and restaurant on site.The site is beautiful and the location ideal for exploring Norfolk and Suffolk.We had a lovely 3 days along with our 5 year old Grand Daughter whom really enjoyed the lodge and the pool.

Excellent stay at the Norfolk Park Dream Lodge for our 30th wedding anniversary. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, polite and courteous. Great location, facilities, fixtures and fittings. Private hot tub and terrace thoroughly enjoyed. Nice touch having complimentary fizz and chocs on arrival. Hope to go back to one of the dream lodges in the future.

Me and my Fiancé went here for a long weekend. It was our first time and it was fantastic.
The accommodation was spacious, clean, modern and the hot tub was the icing on the cake.
Staff were friendly and helpful and if you have a dog there are dog friendly parts which was ideal for us.
All in all great holiday would recommend and also go back.

We stayed for a weekend in Norfolk Park with one kid in July. We drove to the nearby beaches, and also used the pool at the park, which is great. As I am very concerned about cleanliness of the hotels and hostels I stay in, it was pleasant to find that the house was spotlessly clean. It was obviously recently refurbished and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The hot tub was a great to relax in, and for the kids to play in. Everything was clean and nice. I would definitely stay there again, and next time bring my extended family.

Fantastic customer service, great locations. 24 of us went for a long family break - we all had a superb time. lodges were spotless and very comfortable, with a home from home feel. we stayed at the Norfolf site and used the site's heated swimming pool, fantastic fun for the children. we cooked in every night and had a great BBQ one evening. We would definitely go back there, no hesitation. in fact we are going again in two weeks to Devon!!

We had an wonderful week at the beginning of July at Norfolk Park.

The lodge was excellent, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The hot tub was a great way to relax and the large dog friendly decking area was a massive hit with our golden retriever Henry. It was fully secure and he would happily lay and watch the world go by.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We very much enjoyed the food at The Olive Tree restaurant onsite and made good use of the gym and outdoor pool.

We have already booked again for November this year and would not hesitate to recommend if you are looking for a relaxing break.

I have stayed at Norfolk Park with the Dream Lodge. The lodge was beautiful and was really well equipped. There was even a variety of cereals, tea, coffee, sugar and milk on arrival which was such a welcoming surprise. I had a very small issue with one bulb not working an within 10 mins the maintenance was there to sort the issue, they go out of their way to accommodate you while you are on your holiday. The hot tub was extremely clean and well maintained. I had a family of 6 and also my pooch and the lodge was so big and really luxurious that it is as the name states a Dream Lodge.
I have read some negative reviews about the Dream Lodge Holidays and I am so surprised by this as I cannot speak highly enough of the Lodge and the Park itself which was extremely clean and the staff were so welcoming. I am a carer and I pride myself on providing a beautiful holiday for my little people and I have to say the Dream Lodge Holidays are second to none.
FANTASTIC

Our week at Hilton Woods was everything we could've asked for. The lodge itself was clean, well equipped and homely and the staff super friendly and helpful. The site itself was peaceful and relaxing, yet only a stone's throw away from some fabulous beaches, as well as Bude and Launceston - a really good base for exploring both Devon and Cornwall.

The park had a mix of other residents and our son soon made friends with some other children - which as a parent is always something to hope for when you go somewhere new.

All in all, a quality place to stay, in a tranquil park well situated for exploring or the beach. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it or head back for another stay :)

We had a lovely time in Hilton Park Lodge in Cornwall.
The lodge itself was absolutely amazing with all new amenities to hand.
The reception staff were very welcoming and informative.
The grounds themselves were very well maintained and it was lovely and quiet, even though there were families with children and dogs (including us).
Would definitely recommend booking and we will be booking with Dream Lodge again!

As a family we have stayed at the parks in Norfolk and most recently the Hilton Woods park in Cornwall. The lodge was a home from home experience with exactly what we wanted. The rooms were spacious and clean well kept. It was a relaxing time the staff were very helpful if there was a query it was dealt with straight away. Worth a stay and I will use them again.

I would highly recommend Dream Lodge to everyone!
I had to book a last minute weekend break (bank holiday weekend). Booking team worked really hard to find me a perfect place on such a busy weekend. The lodge was fantastic! We had an amazing time. Park team was amazing too. We will be definitely coming back to dream lodge again.

I have been booking with The dream Lodge Group for many many years now, and without fail I always have the best time when I go to their lodges.

I called recently to book a last minute getaways and spoke with Charmaine Singh she was amazing at helping me look for a last minute getaway trip. She was so patient and took her time to understand what I was looking and found a great getaway for me and my family.

I wouldn't think twice about booking again with them. WOULD HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them.

Well what can I say about Dream lodges!
I'm not sure that anyone looks at a luxury lodge week's holiday to get faced with giant orange bags of cement and hardcore, to get woken up on your last day listening to the cement mixer.
I have phoned head office numerous times now, four days later still waiting for a manager to get back to me! (To busy dealing with complaints apparently)
The lodge itself was in need of a serious maintenance update
Beds that creaked in all room's
Shower took forever to drain dread to think when that was last cleaned! Rust on radiator
Bath cracked along the front mould around seals
Dishwasher not good think filter needed a clean ( not for me to do on my holiday)
A generally very disappointing experience!

So to sum up for anyone wanting to go here

Staff lovely until something GOES WRONG then they hide.
Oh and the icing on the cake.... when I COMPLAINED they offered me a holiday elsewhere! nice you think!.... it was gonna cost me £695 the price they have it on offer at the moment wow that's amazing.
We came away for a week to get away from our own house works leaving today feeling extremely disappointed.
The shame of it was when we arrived reception staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful shame it stopped there!

Fornham Park - I must say the lodges were really nice - but thats where it all ends - I don’t understand why the nice reviews, I have never experienced such bad customer service. This break for us turned out to be anything but a dream break , a completr nightmare. When we needed members of staff for anything they were never available and yet it seemed that they knew each and every move we made ! Any requests we made we had to phone Head Office , whose staff are like Car salesmen once the initial sales done who cares about the after care ! Do not book with the above unless you want to be accused of being a liar and a thief - they will send you a massive invoice at the end of your stay and the customer complaints team is nothing to be desired for.
I just don’t see how this company can operate ethically and with integrity - BEWARE

We went for a family break at Fornham Park and booked multiple lodges. The lodges were in great condition (apart from the smell and the flies )and the hot tubs were in fantastic condition however be warned of rude and horrible customer service! during the stay the management interrupted our stay and alleged we had more occupants than lodges and demanded an immediate headcount half way through our stay...absolutely ruined our experience with their rude and insulting behaviour! Upon check out , we agreed to a headcount but they declined and confirmed all is in order! 2 weeks after check out , they sent a letter Charging me for damaged And missing inventory, missing key , A ridiculous charge of £1000 was applied 2 WEEKS after checkout, even when the staff onsite confirmed all lodges were fine! Be careful if you do book with dream lodge they will fleece you for every penny including things like general wear and tear on carpets and curtains! Just absolutely gutted our family holiday has been ruined..most disgusting customer service ever, can’t help to think there was racial prejudice involved( I hope not )

We went to stay for a family weekend during the very hot summer at fornham Park dream lodges and it was really disappointing.
Rather then a relaxing trip (being 8 months pregnant) it turned out to be the worst trip yet. The area is completely secluded and not to forget the ridiculous number of flies if we left a single door open but bar things which were not in their control the customer service provided by the team was appalling. After check out they made false allegations two weeks later about a number things which were completely untrue. This further was upsetting because we had the left the place in a suitable manner and such accusations and money they were charging on top was very stressful in this late stage of pregnancy. Be careful if you choose to stay here as we had called them to check the lodges whilst we waited and got the ok- which they did. They then will falsely accuse you and charge you money for things which are not true.
Very disappointed.

Worse experience ever!! They will do everything they can to get the sale but the service afterwards was just awful. False promises - you don't get what you pay for , flies everywhere and absolutely nothing to do on site. After check out they will try to claim false charges against your lodge. Do not book a holiday here. Can't emphasise enough to avoid at all costs.

We stayed at The Sanctuary for three weeks in July whilst having building works done at home and we just did not want to leave. From the moment we arrived the staff could not do enough for us, everyday they made sure that we had everything we needed including chocolates and Prosecco for my husbands birthday. The park is still in the growing phase but if you want perfect peace and tranquility surrounded by nature and beautiful views this park has it all. The lodge was well equipped and tastefully furnished. The hot tub made for pleasant relaxing evenings on the decking and dining al fresco whilst we enjoyed excellent weather. Friends and family came to visit for a day and were equally impressed. If I had to pick a negative it would be that although we were provided with a temporary ramp and staff assistance for my mother in her wheelchair it is not truly an accessible lodge. A properly built ramp is all that is needed, perhaps consider making one lodge fully accessible for wheelchair users.

I and my family, cannot rate the Dream Lodge Parks high enough!
The first time I stayed in a lodge was for a hen weekend in Norfolk Park and I absolutely fell in love with the place. The quality of the lodge was incredible and the staff, friendly, helpful and courteous.
I was lucky enough to win a two night stay at a lodge in East Sussex at Christmas and again, the lodge was amazing. The staff had decorated the lodge with a tree and had left mince pies and mulled wine for our arrival. It absolutely made our Christmas.
We enjoyed it so much that we chose to buy into the holiday package which allows a set amount of nights over a 3yr period. Nicky, the amazing customer service operator made the whole experience easy and was so helpful whenever we had a query.

Our last stay at Norfolk Park was with family from the North East for our daughters birthday. Yet again, a beautiful lodge in peaceful surroundings and the family were amazed at the quality of the lodge and the facilities on site. During our stay, our youngest daughter (4yrs old at the time), was very poorly and unfortunately, was sick all over the top bunk bed! We were mortified and yet the staff on site were AMAZING!!! They quickly changed the mattress and bedding, gave us extra cleaning products and towels, bedding and made sure we were all ok.
What made this into such a wonderful experience, was the care and concern of the Park staff. They came to check on our daughter several times over the course of our stay and would drive past and wave to her and ask how she was. It was a truly wonderful experience for all of us despite the little one being poorly. The customer service from start to finish made our stay perfect. We are customers for life!!
