Dream Lodge Holidays 

So I have the worst experience ever and I still get calls everyday for me to buy some days. Unbelievable🤣🤣🤣
I don’t know if I mentioned it in my previous post but I can assure you the the Sanctuary isn’t an award winning park 😂😂😂😂
If you do book make sure you get the lodge you are expecting.

We stayed at Elm Farm Country Park and had a wonderful time. Mark in the office was particularly helpful and gave us lots of information on local facilities on offer including the wonderful Lifehouse Spa which is just over the road from Elm Farm The park is in a wonderful location within very easy reach of Walton on The Naze, Frinton and Clacton and Thorpe Le Soken village is lovely with a couple of very nice pubs. The park was a lovely setting and was very quiet and peaceful. We had a Deluxe Lodge which had a hot tub and the lodge was very well equipped and everything that we could of needed was provided for. The park was very friendly and we made friends with a couple there who own a lodge. Thank you Dream Lodge

Our 4th stay with Dream Lodge, first visit to Blossom Hill. As usual excellent lodge fully equipped clean and tidy. Visited Beer and Sidmouth excellent beaches and places to eat. Staff were very helpful and friendly; even cooled the hot tub down due to the very hot weather. Looking forward to our next visit.

lodges are beautiful and the sanctuary,newbury. but for the ridiculous prices being charged I would expect better then what is essentially a few lodges in a field. We arrived as we had advised late on Thursday,and made our way through the unlit field trying to find our lodge,this was not an easy task. you park some way from the lodges,not really far but when carrying sleeping children and heavy suitcases through the dark across some scrap of grass its not easy. we didnt see the path as its pitch black. From what it looks like, they are letting out these lodges and with each rental using the money to do a bit of work here and there. They have apparently been there for a year, there is no reception building,just a shell of one. insufficient signage. No signs of planting or landscaping (other then huge sheets of black plastic) except near the 'reception' where lack of watering and our current heatwave has caused most of them to die off. numerous splinters occurred whilst we were there from the decking. exposed screws and, on our decking' a bbq set at a precarious angle we were not prepared to risk cooking on with small children. We had three dessert spoons for six people so ate breakfast in shifts. We couldn't cook anything because,again for six people, we had one milk sized saucepan and nothing else,no baking trays or anything. Glasses were chipped and we had 5 forks (unmatching) the bathroom door took two of us to open after I had a shower and couldn't get out. We had no folder with information such as the hob will beep uncontrollably if something is set down on it, The whole lodge was stifling. Now, I now this is to be expected in the current heat but they charge such an amount an air con unit could be supplied and im afraid an I want a full house and matching cutlery. even the premier inn nearby supplies unchipped cutlery.for about 5% of the cost of this lodge. We originally booked one lodge for two families, ten people. during the week before we were told that lodge hadn't even been built (despite being told it had just been completed weeks ago)...maybe that lodge is destined to sit where the sheets of black plastic are currently so we had two lodges to accommodate and family of four and a family of six. There is zero privacy our neighbours bedroom looked onto our hot tub. the lodge next to our friends lodge had an added feature of a wasp nest,perfect around young children. Outside their lodge was a broken manhole with no cover. Had we come round that way in the dark a serious accident could have happened, its a health and safety nightmare. rubbish was strewn around our friends lodge,and that rubbish did not come from us. A dirty ashtray on the dining table was another nice feature. Our son cut his foot open on an exposed screw.the shower shoots off at all angles there were dirty tissues in the bedside cabinets. On departure we took our rubbish to the bin area to find it was strewn with loose rubbish and food rotting in the heat, I can only imagine the smell will grow and spread over the lodges very nearby. In all the whole episode was disgraceful They are charging premium prices for what are essentially over the top trendily decorated mobile homes. I could not and would not recommend a stay here, I seriously would chose a premier inn or any medium priced hotel chain

Booked for a birthday getaway and it did not disappoint. Quiet scenery, private hot tub, bbq, fully furnished and equipped with a modern layout. The park manager Mark was extremely friendly and helpful. This won’t be our last visit and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful relaxing few days away. Thank you!

We are owners at Norfolk Park but are working or way round the other sites as well. We just came back from a lovely week at Hilton Woods on the Devon/Cornwall border. The site was very quiet and peaceful, nestled in a wooded valley with plenty of local walks. You need to get in the car to go anywhere and there are plenty of beaches and coves not that far away.
The lodge was very clean and well maintained (as they always are with Dream Lodge), and Helen and her team were very friendly and helpful.
The weather was fantastic so we had a great week!

We are owners at Elm Farm Park and recently visited Hilton Woods Park in Cornwall as an alternative park to visit within the dream lodge group.
Found the park located in a lovely setting although in the middle of the countryside with the nearest town being Bude ,some 7 miles or so away.
Park staff were excellent throughout our stay and we enjoyed great weather and lovely days out to Bude, Clovelly, Boscastle, Padstow etc.. all within a half hour drive or so.

Recently spent a wonderfully peaceful weekend at Fornham Park. The staff were pleasant and helpful and made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend booking a break away with Dream Lodge.

This is without a doubt the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. All of the other negative reviews are true. They are exceptionally rude and have no regard for customers. They are chaotic and hound you with emails full of offers that don’t actually exist. Avoid them and find an alternative

We’ve just returned from Fornham Park Bury st Edmonds beautiful lodge everything you need including dishwasher ,washing machine, hot tub, ect very peaceful just loved it must mention Dean who couldn’t have been more helpful lovely guy very professional who worked onsite,Bury st Edmonds is a lovely town not far with a beautiful cathedral, we visited southwold a lovely old fashioned seaside also Cambridge plus lots of other places , this is our third different park we’ve stayed with dreamlodge group and love their lodges and parks would definitely recommend dreamlodge liz/ken Saxton

We are at present visiting various sites as owners awaiting our lodge and we found the Santuary very peaceful and staff very friendly. We will be back all being well.

Elm Farm in Essex:

I highly recommend booking with Dream Lodge it definitely lives up to expectation. I went last weekend for a girly weekend to celebrate our birthdays and the staff lovely and really helpful. Everything was a high standard, the lodges are suitable for family, friends and romantic get aways. All you need is your car and nice weather!! Which we were fortunate to have.

I will be using it again and my friends were so impressed they are looking to rebook as well.

We have now stayed twice with Dream Lodge on 2 different parks, Elm Farm in Essex and Hilton Woods in Cornwall and both have proved to be excellent. I think the weather also played its part too. The lodges themselves were very well equipped with everything we could need. We would definitely book again in the not too distant future.

The staff are very helpful and friendly and would do anything to help you
the only thing missing was sun loungers on the decking

I stayed at Norfolk Park for one night in a deluxe 2 bed with hot tub, the lodge was superb so modern and spacious, it had everything we could possibly need and we absolutely loved it. We went to relax and it certainly did that, the park seems so quiet and peaceful. The hot tub was very large and the decking with BBQ and seating area and was perfect on a sunny evening. Inside was a washing machine, dishwasher with tablets and nespresso with pods. I just wish we had booked for the week. We didn't go in the communal pool but sat near it. However it looked very clean and safe. We ate at the onsite Olive Tree restaurant which was a 2 minute walk from our lodge, the food and service was super. Nearby is a Sainsbury's so if you were going for more than a night it would be very convenient, we ever saw a lodge getting their grocery order delivered. This place was a true find and if I didn't live so far away I'd be booking again for this weekend. It was a memorable weekend and we will be returning.

We stayed for one night at blossom hill park in Devon . The lodge was incredible way past are expectations. The hot tub was fantastic. We had a complementary bottle of persecco and box of chocolates. The lady who checks you in was very helpful and very friendly couldn't ask for more . Very quiet park but that's what we wanted to spend family time together. So thank you Dream Lodge for such a fantastic stay . Definitely will be booking again thank you .

After a really horrendous start to 2018 my partner decided to take us and our two best friends on a mid week break somewhere far away and relaxing. We ending up choosing dream lodge Norfolk park and it was beautiful. The place was so clean and already had some bored games and a Xbox all set up so we could watch our dvds and play games. The hot tub was amazing and it was nice to sit out on the decking in the evenings. It was never really loud everyone was very respectful and you can see the staff driving round the complex through the day, if you have questions they don’t mind being stopped and helping you out. There is the restaurant on site at Norfolk and it looks like a really expensive restaurant and the food reflects that but the price was very reasonable. I look forward to going back there one day.

We went to Blossom Hill for our first wedding anniversary. It was nice and relaxing, however there is not much else on site apart from your lodge and hot tub. The woman on reception were fantastic and gave us everything we needed. Only one problem, and that is, I get called every week to book a other holiday with them. Despite me saying no, as I already have another holiday booked this year, this does not deter them. Overall I would go again, but when I decide to.

The idea is good and the lodge was really nice but there is nothing else on site . Would be nice to have a restaurant and may be swimming pool . It was great for us because we just wanted to switch off and rest and that was ideal for the long weekend .

Fantastic girly weekend in your beautiful lodge! Everything you could possibly need supplied and the added bonus of a lovely hot tub big enough to fit all 6 of us! With the beautiful beaches, cafe’s and shops so close by the location was perfect. Thankyou for such a lovely weekend.
