Love it but I should have gotten a full size instead of a queen size. Doesn't quite fit the futon mattress I have.

The customer service here is always subpar. Emails go unanswered for many business days. When I called I was given conflicting information. I was transferred to some random person who had no idea why I was sent to them. I’ve made 2 purchases for over $1000 each time and am always disappointed by the customer service. The mattresses and topper are nice. I love that they are chemical free.

This futon mattress is exactly what we were looking for. We had previously lived in CA and had a futon like this one, but now living in FL, we have been unable to find a comparable mattress anywhere.
We love this for what the company uses as top materials and workman- ship, long lasting support and eco friendly fabrics. We are so happy we were able to purchase our 'favorite thing'.

The shiki futon is great. I don't really have a lot to complain about. The first time I sent an email to customer service it got ignored, but I think it was because my header was wrong.

I would have appreciated being notified that the frame I was buying has Proposition 65 and formaldehyde statements on it. I was on the search for chemical free furniture, so this is a disappointment. Maybe it is on the Website but I didn't see it. I am very happy with the mattress but decided to go with another frame because of the statements. They don't take returns so I am going through the hassle of trying to sell it now. I did call and left a message that I had a question on the frame but not receive a call back.

Ordered a futon cover on line and it took 3 weeks to receive. The color was not what i hoped for and I did not like the fabric. I took the cover to the Concord store to return and was charged a restocking fee. I did order another cover while i was there. After 3 weeks i called to see when to expect it and they had not placed the order. I took another week to receive.
I did like the second cover and am keeping it.

I dropped into the Pleasant Hill showroom a few days ago and received excellent service from George . I ended up buying an organic latex mattress I custom designed for myself with George's patient help. Plus, I got a big discount. Thank you Futon Shop and thank you George.

Love it! Firm and comfortable.

I really wanted a natural, non-toxic mattress because my 8 month old baby will be sleeping on it. The mattress arrived with a very strong smell (smells like motor oil). It's been a week and the smell is still there. I'm not even using the mattress at the moment because of the smell. Also, 2 of the tufted stitches were already completely pulled loose when it arrived.

Just bought my 2nd purchase from the Futon Shop. The first time we shopped in store and now online, The futons are great and I would recommend them to everyone who wants a great night sleep :) Susan

Shipment of futon mattress and frame went smoothly. The fame is quite heavy and requires assembly.

These dog beds are extremely well made. We wanted them for our dogs as we wanted beds that did not have flame retardant in them. The dogs seem to like them, so everything has worked out fine.

Ordered a mattress in august - still no bed!

Horrible quality. I bought to have guests sleep who visit and best I'd recommend is my cats to watch TV. No support and made like junk!! Dont buy it and waste your money.

Paid for futon two weeks ago. No futon. No notice of delivery date. No response. Calling my bank.

The pure cotton mattress is like a lap of God.
It's firm.i got back good sleep after years of trying spring or memory foam junks.
