Really disappointed
Really disappointed. I had used the Independent Pharmacy before and have been really impressed. I ordered some medication last week and paid for postage. The medication that arrived was a different product than the one I ordered. I have just asked for a refund to be told I have ordered a generic medication without realising. Apparently my mistake and no refund. When I looked at the website there was some tiny text to say it was generic and customers have to contact them to see if the product advertised is in stock after you have paid for the product and postage. Nowhere in the description of the item at the top of the page was it mentioned and there was one photo of the medication I wanted to order.

I have given this company 5 stars, I could have given more if I could! From the start they give you the confidence to order from them. They are extremely professional in all their dealings from in depth questions regarding your problem. The after care is second to none and instructions for whatever it is you've contacted them for are precise. It's a trusted online pharmacy and I would recommend them 100%. It's almost like going to see a GP only quicker!

the Independent Pharmacy took the trouble to read my email and responded when others could not be bothered. They sourced the drugs I need, and have been a reliable supplier ever since. I have my doctor's surgery default to them for supply. Hence when I needed OTC drugs they are the first people I turned to.
