When I ordered my item from The Knot's registry page the purchase did not follow through and when I went back to try and fix the issue, the item was marked "purchased." Not knowing if I would be paying for a second item, I went ahead and ordered what was asked for off of Amazon, hoping there was a glitch. When I reached out to customer service with my issue, I recieved and AI chatbot with a response that was drastically out of touch with what I had written. One disappointing moment after another. Finally, someone reached out from the Knot to see if they could assist ( I assume it was a human but who knows), and by that time my issue was non-existent. I will not be recommending The Knot to any newlyweds.

I had to reach out for my tracking information, package was supposed to be delivered days before I reached out for details of my order. When I did receive the order, it was in a shipping box and no nice product box, now since it was ordered from the Knot you would think they would know it was a gift that needed to be wrapped. I had to wrap it in the box it was shipped in. Unprofessional.

Overall the knot seemed like the best fit for our wedding website. It was really nice to electronically get information to everyone, as well as include hotel links for recommendations on where to stay in the area. A lot of people benefited from that! I also like that you can pull from different stores and have it all in one registry to keep things organized.

The quality of the invitations are beautiful as well as customer service. When I had to change the time on the invitation and have them reprinted, the customer service was amazing!

Dana was exceptional ! Really quick responses. I needed to change the color on the place cards and menus. They were done quickly! Dana wanted to make sure I had everything on time. I ordered a set with 4 items included, and received 1 part of the set with 4 items. After providing evidence of what I received, I was told it was a glitch in the system. It was not resolved by providing the item or a refund. The Knot simply credited the bride $50. I wouldnt have even known except I had the order shipped to me directly. The $50 does not cover the missing items.
I will update if this is resolved in a better way. For now, I can't recommend their service.
Update: the knot credited me for the purchase which covers the missing items purchase.

I had a generally good experience, however, making my invitations, specifically the addressed envelopes, was frustrating. The original person I was corresponding with kept making mistakes and typos, not following the addresses I sent. They eventually switched to another person on their end, and finally got the addresses correct.

I had a great experience working with The Knot’s design support team for my wedding stationery. I was on a very tight timeline and was initially worried about turnaround times, but Rachel from the Consumer Experience Design Specialist team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind throughout the process.
She quickly accommodated the design changes I requested, kept me updated on production timing, and even upgraded my shipping to help ensure everything would arrive in time for my wedding. Once the final changes were made, the proofs looked absolutely perfect.
I really appreciated the prompt communication and willingness to help make a stressful situation feel manageable. Thank you again for the excellent customer service!

Customer service was great! I ordered double the amount of invitations I needed and didn’t realize it until I submitted my payment. I sent an email right after and the first thing the next morning, customer service fixed the problem and ordered my refund for the difference. Amazing response time.

After I was able to locate the site, it was easy to select items I wanted to purchase for the bride and groom for their bridal shower. Received an extra couple of things and was told to hang on to or to donate. Thank you.

Unable to place an order because my credit card declined but my bank did not see any record of my transaction.
Your hours are limited: you close at 3pm Pacific.
I called the next day after speaking with my bank. They saw no problem and no declined transactions. I called you and spoke with Haley. She attempted to make the purchase, my card was declined.
I called my bank again. They did not see the transaction. When I called you back, it was 3:01pm and you did not pick up. I left a message, and Amanda called me back. She told me the item was out of stock.
Today, I received an e-mail from Tamara. I replied to her e-mail that I had made the purchase elsewhere and please mark the item as purchased for the bride and groom so they won't get two.
I have no idea why my card was declined. My bank does not see the transactions that you "sent" to it. They even checked with Visa and there are no transactions.
But the worst of it is, you close at 3pm Pacific. This is not friendly Customer Service Hours for anyone who lives on the West Coast.
I was able to find it elsewhere.
