The Knot failed to reply to written…

The Knot failed to reply to written e-mail requests and also messages sent on their website within 24 hours. Trying to call the customer service phone number with all the various voice prompts is frustrating and a waste of time. If The Knot does not reply to written requests within 24 hours then I doubt they will reply voice mail messages within 24 hours.

No international transfer of funds

The app and instructions were good, however, I was disappointed that I couldn't transfer money to the registry from a UK bank account. I did reach out to customer service to be told that the Knot does not support international transfers at this time.

Buggy interface, lost work multiple times, terrible customer service.

I've ordered a sample and we will see how that looks but at this point more likely we go in a different direction for invitations.

Multiple times while working on the draft the website would crash and we would lose unsaved progress.

Started saving much more frequently, but then after checking out with my sample, it deleted my fully saved draft.

Customer Service basically ignored the question and suggested that I "take screenshots" just in case.

Not a worldwide site...that's a lie

Despite stating "The Knot Worldwide", your site does not accept credit cards from Canada. VALID credits cards like VISA, MASTERCARD, etc. Funny, other "worldwide" sites have no problems accepting credit cards from Canada.

Took too long to get design team to…

Took too long to get design team to asked question about design. The card was a folded card, but they didn’t print messages on the inside of the card.

Bad experience.

Will think hard before using The Knot again.

I have used Zazzle, although a little bit more expensive, but cards and drains are explane well on the website.

Very helpful

Very helpful. I ordered my wedding invites through the knot. There was a typo. I spoke with a rep, she jumped on it and made me very comfortable.
I also, love the wedding website that comes along with it and makes it very easy to manage your guest list and RSVP

I am very saddened on how my issue was…

I am very saddened on how my issue was handled. The knot should be better for screening and not just assume people are robots. My account was banned from messaging vendors because you guys assumed I was spam not cool.
