No problems with order, If anything not sure of Hermes delivery service, would prefer Royal Mail, But thats only because I know what time Royal Mail arrive, not sure when Hermes will arrive

Mr M, as we try to make the trees more realistic we are removing the amount of foliage (so the bird can get to its nest!) but there should still be adequate foliage on our trees, as in the real world some are denser than others. The height should however be within 10% of the stated size - I hope that this doesn't prevent you from ordering more trees from us as you need them.

Online ordering was excellent and trees were delivered on schedule. This was the first time I have purchased from this supplier but the product has exceeded my expectations and I have no doubt that I will be purchasing further items in the future.
