I have a mortgage with the company and this was a further borrowing application. Jake Scane was helpful calm and went through all my options and rates etc and there was no pressure. He had emailed me some details before our initial meeting and this made everything very easy. I would highly recommend Richard Buttling. He was incredibly helpful throughout the whole mortgage process and made everything feel straightforward and much less stressful.

I had a financial adviser when I arranged my previous mortgage, but honestly, I really didn’t feel that I needed one this time around. Richard was knowledgeable, approachable, and always happy to answer my questions and explain things whenever I wasn’t sure about something.
