Terrible terrible company
Bought the item 01/03/2026. They finally shipped the 1935 chalkware picture on 3/17/2026 after I emailed them 5 times. When it finally arrived it was completely busted into pieces that fell out of the box. No where on the box did it have fragile or anything on it. Still waiting on a refund for only the price I paid plus my shipping… I didn’t even ask for the value of it. I just wanted my money back! Terrible company!!!!

This is absolutely the worst company I…
This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They have had my items for well over a month and an half and cannot give me anything but lies as to when they will ship. I’ve been told 2-3 business days for two weeks now. Absolutely horrible experience! Do not use them to pick up any auction winnings! They are TERRIBLE.

I am very disappointed with your service as in two parcels I got delivered by you items were lost.
First time you lost two little antique jewellery boxes.
Last time you lost the key to antique box I got from the auction house which made the box useless. I got from you two email messages with promises to solve this and find the key. Then you stop responding. I am very disappointed. Especially with your lack of willingness to solve it and lack of response and lack of help, especially you know you are the side who lost it.

ThePackengers are entirely unreliable…
ThePackengers are entirely unreliable and untrustworthy. They managed to lose a first edition copy of Marcel Proust's first work, Les Plaisirs et Les Jours, an important piece of French cultural heritage; then they unabashedly lied about it, including by saying the shipment was late because it was undergoing quality inspection when the package had already been lost, probably because of mislabeling combined with a failure to securely attach the label to the package. These falsehoods in turn delayed and may have doomed any attempt to find the missing package. This conduct was notwithstanding the fact that I have spent probably more than 100000 euros paying the organization for shipments, and have tolerated a number of breakages and mishaps (such as shipping a package mistakenly to the US instead of its destination in Greece), almost invariably without any compensation. I plan to pursue my rights. But whoever patronizes this organization does so at their own peril.
