Best value professional clippers and trimmers on the market

DO NOT do business with these guys. you have been warned. Read their returns policy carefully if you really want to buy their products and good luck.
I do not know how good the product is and i am not questioning that. However my Husband who is a stoke survivor made a mistake and bought to sets of there clippers at approx £180 each so £360 (they were for a present) and as soon as the second parcel arrived i contacted their return dept in short i was told i had to take photo after photo to prove they were intact that the parcel was labled correctly etc etc
backwards and forwards every time i did one thing they wanted something else ; Just like others i thought the 14 days return time was going to run out. However i did get the parcel back in time it cost £16 plus to have it signed for and tracked; on their demand. They did send me a pic of the parcel on their desk that was 17 days ago and we still havn't received a refund. They have treated us like criminals trying to get one over on them.

Everything was fake and they won’t let me return the bad clippers they want to ignore me for 14 days so then I can’t return them not trusted and overall not happy.

I ordered the X bundle Saturday and received today, I have got to say they are by far they are the best clippers , trimmers and shaver I have ever used , they are so quite go through hair like butter, hair cuts on point. I would highly recommend this company to any barber , and as a bonus got the magnetic mat , quality equipment at an amazing price , keep doing what your doing 5***

why can we not issue a rating of 0, because this is the experience I have had so far without even receiving my order. cannot cancel the order, cannot call the company, have to receive confirmation from them to return, even though I have not received the order, restocking fee even though the items will not even be opened, shocking company from a very PISSEDOFFCUSTOMER

I purchased the Goblin Trimmer in Feb 23! They’ve just given up today!!

Contacted TPOB and they want me to pay for shipping both ways and a £19 charge to use my warranty! Utter junk! Clearly not fit for purpose if they last less than a year! Search on google and you tube and see the problems people are having as little as 2 days old!

Buy nice or buy twice I suppose..

I got the XO clipper. First two haircuts the power button was intermittent when you flicked it on sometimes it didn’t turn on, after around 5 cuts it then got extremely noisy. The blade gets extremely hot and yes I use clipper side and clean & oil them. I messaged their instagram no response. I commented with my problem on an instagram live and he accused me of dropping them. I emailed customer care they told me to send them back (at my expense) and they would repair them. I told them I didn’t want a repair they’re two days old I want a new set and there was no way I was paying to send something back that’s faulty and that they should cover the cost I never heard a thing back. They might be cheaper than the other brands but there’s a reason. When there’s a problem they don’t want to help the customer service is terrible

I served 14 years in the marine corps. After my first two years getting haircuts every week to Marine Corps standards I decided to do the bald look and push for every other week. After 5 years in I started trying my own balls cuts to save money. So I bough and is trimmers. They were okay, so I bought high end wall trimmer. It was good. But never gave me the barber shop bald cut. So over the years I bought gimmick balding razors. Blades irritated my skin, trimmers never got close enough. I finally bought song BabyLiss pro trimmers. They were really good. I’m not a professional, so I had to get the blades zeroed, to cut close enough. Pricey, but really good. They served me well the last three years. Motor died on me. And I was looking to buy another set. But, as a civilian now, with some new friends in the civilian sector, I was shown a TPOB YouTube video by a co worker who cuts hair as his side hustle. He has the tpob goblin set, but told me the X, would be a game changer for me. Well, I ordered, I received it and out of the box, this trimmer with the psycho blade is insane! I’ve NEVER had a cut this close, without irritation to my scalp. The crunch of this blade eating through hair is both satisfying and lets you know once you’ve eaten up all the hair you’re targeting. The fact this trimmer cost almost 50% less then my babyliss trimmers were, is hard to believe. TPOB, is a real one! Quality Professional gear, at novice price points. My wife really liking the smooth bald cut. And the sharp lines on the beard. Wow! This is a must buy!!

I ordered the candy bundle box but have just been informed by Yodel that it was delivered to a completely different address, nothing remotely like I gave TPOB.
I have no product and no idea why?
Update. After two emails the company fully refunded my money as their delivery company, Yodel, messed up. Great customer service, I would order again.

This company is a fraud, i ordered from them 2 months ago and i still dont got my package.

Ordered the X shaver on the 15th November….arrived the 16th! Awesome shaver from the X Pro range. Alongside the X Clipper and Trimmer it’s absolutely perfect.

I’m definitely a real customer contrary to what others have said and have been for 2 years now. Wouldn’t use any other barbering equipment.

I use the troll trimmers and theyre straight hitters.! I had to get another pair . Don’t even touch the babyliss anymore. ive gotten the goblin and it’s been my go to for everything. Heard the x clipper was the best clipper out right now so I have that on the way! Can’t wait to use it . Tpob has great prices and are just as good , if not better than the big names for double the price. customer was good and speedy responses

Absolutely fantastic product, I have used their products for years and never disappointed. The customer service is prompt and frankly I am getting quality that far exceeds many of the big brands

Clippers and trimmers are by far the best I’ve ever had. They cut hair so smooth and make for the cleanest fades I’ve ever done. Would highly recommend the brand for its quality, affordability and customer experience. Top notch brand.

Tpob literally the best thing that even happened to me been using them for about a year (purchased alot of products in that time) all of them is LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! For professionals and for people just starting up!!

Disappointing Customer Service

I recently purchased clippers from this company, and unfortunately, my experience with their customer service has been nothing short of disappointing. From the very beginning, I encountered difficulties that left me frustrated and dissatisfied.

Yes I did manage to get in touch with their support team, their responses were often unhelpful and lacked empathy. It felt as though they were not genuinely interested in addressing my concerns or ensuring my satisfaction as a customer.

Overall, my experience with this company's customer service has been far from pleasant. While the clippers themselves may be of decent quality, the lackluster support has left a lasting negative impression. I would caution others considering a purchase from this company to be prepared for a frustrating customer service experience.
