Very dangerous clinic run by fraudsters and dispencing counterfeit products.

Very late with dispensing times and delivery despite active titration of ADHD medication.
Unable to get through via phone lines, just in hold for over an hour at a time.
Would not order from this company if I had the choice.

Brilliant company. Delivery always next day, emails answered quickly, and I have found them extremely helpful. Cant rate them highly enough!

Over a month now since I ordered , no refund , and not replies . The thieves have stole 250 pound of me . Its affecting my mental health :(

Poor customer service.
Unfortunately after several good purchases I am disappointed in how an issue I have had has been ignored. My delivery went missing and I have contacted “the private pharmacy clinic” via various means only to be ignored. I am now out of pocket. Without any recourse. I am very disappointed.

The whole process has always been great, even with the recent mayhem with the price increases. Been using them for nearly a year

Excellent service with near on next day delivery, competitive pricing, very good customer service care answering email queries very quickly and very helpful.
Have been using them to purchase Mounjaro for the last 6 months never had a problem. Only problem was when everyone went mad ordering after hearing prices are going up September 1st and they had limited stock but were still able to offer me lower doses after they had no 15mg in stock.
Highly recommend this company for weight loss journey! Hopefully the new price increase doesn’t price me out and they absorb some of the increase.

I was one of the first customers for Mounjaro from these guys even before they had a website. I gave them 5 stars because they go above and beyond.

Absolutely no customer service. I called as I was having an issue with my pen and needed some advice.
I spoke to the most aggressive, dismissive, arrogant person by the name of Ahmed, who said he was the owner of this company.
He refused to listen to me, kept cutting me off. And all he was interested in is giving me a number for the manufacture. All I was trying to ask him is if I can arrange for new pen in the mean time as Mondays are my injection day. But he never allowed me to finish with my enquiry.
I asked in good faith to speak to someone else as clearly there was a breakdown in communication between myself and Ahmed (he refused to give me his last name). And again he just would not listen to me.
I have never in all my life been spoken to like that.
Very disappointed in the way I was treated.
Please review you customer service policies and maybe get some customer service training. If Ahmed is indeed one of the owners of this company and he is comfortable treating paying customers with so much disdain and contempt, that's very concerning.
Never again.

I received someone else's weight lose injections in error. I contacted the company who then proceeded to give my private details to their patient to arrange collection, thereby breaching not only my confidentiality but also the 1968 Medicines Act. I have reported this the the regulatory body (GPhC) for further inspection. Also, please be aware that they did not meet all the GPhC's requirements when they were last inspected on 25.02.2025 and have so far failed to make an action improvement plan.

Cold chain medication arrived warm which is supposed to be kept under 8 degrees. Got told I was lying, and that the medication could not have possibly gone over 8 degrees even on a 30 degree day. Told me to take the medication even though against manufacturer guidelines it may have been unsafe. Told me I could return but at my own expense and would be charged admin fees. They also cut me off and told me they would not offer me any more supply.

EDIT- They absolutely did not offer me a "full replacement" new supply of mounjaro. I DID NOT decline this offer. If this offer was presented to me I would have accepted. Their reply to my review is absolute lies. They told me I would need to return at my own expense, pay admin fees and I would not be offered anymore supply of mounjaro. They have already been reported by myself to the GPhC.

The medication absolutely arrived at a temperature higher than 8 degrees, and it was my belief that the medication could have very much gone over 30 degrees as it was so warm to the touch.

As per many views on here, was a little dubious at first as price etc really good for mounjaro. I've ordered 3 times with them now and great straight forward service. Delivery tracked and your kept up-to-date. The medicine is packaged really well. Delivery time spot on. Definitely recommend this company to try. Price is the best I've found for the mounjaro.

Have ordered weight loss medication from this company 3 times now, prices are really good and service excellent. Was dubious to begin with when first ordered but they were great.

This clinic honestly went above and beyond with listening to my concerns, checking what’s suitable for my weight loss, getting me the medication in really quick timing that suited me and explained everything well. They also included so many additional items I didn’t realise I needed such as a sharps bin! Vitamins! And even injection site wipes so I could start my injections right away. Will not go anywhere else and will recommend!!

Highly recommend this pharmacy. I've used them since March for my weight loss injections. Like others I was a little sceptical at first as the price was so good and no discount code was needed. I cannot fault them, my order is always processed quickly and delivery is quick and tracked with DPD.

I’ll be honest I was skeptical whether this pharmacy was legit due to the low prices compared to other companies however I shouldn’t have worried. The application process was quick and easy and it was approved within the hour and dispatched the same day for next day delivery with DPD. I was updated with delivery details and given a one hour time slot. I have recommended to others and will be ordering from tppc from now on.

I have used this supplier twice now for weight loss medication. Excellent prices without discount codes needed. Very responsive to both telephone and email enquiries . After completion of online order form , approval and dispatch was same day or selected day as I wanted a Saturday delivery. One hour timed delivery slot with DPD. I highly recommend this supplier after having issues with a more popular competitor .
