Other than the gentleman who delivered the ramp not being as helpful as he could have been considering that I am in a wheelchair what was delivered was what was ordered and works brilliantly

Half step

Very quick delivery. Extremely pleased with the half step. Not as heavy as thought, very stable. Just the job if you are having trouble stepping up or down through a high external door. Invaluable for me.

The desatch was quick

The desatch was quick. The feet of the heavy section had punched through the cardboard of the package, but fortunately the product was undamaged.

The web site was good and the product…

The web site was good and the product excellent. Price wise seemed very reasonable. The only problem I had was that I only have a smart phone so could not print off assembly ly instructions which would have made things easier for me. I did eventually manage to follow the on line e instructions and the result is a really very good ramp.
