Like many others I fell for the Facebook advert, gloves arrived quickly (within two weeks). I bought them for cycling and the first time I used them one of them split along the index finger. Ialao got chilled to the bone because they were not waterproof when it rained. Like others, I complained via their support email..... and eventually got a reply. They are replacing the gloves and I don't have to return the damaged ones.

Well if I could give a minus experience then this would be what I would do. Got a pair of these gloves as part of my Christmas present as my wife thought they would keep my hands warm and dry as I am alway outside doing something. How wrong was she, five minutes after starting to do some washing round the house and my hands were not only wet but so cold I couldn't feel my fingers. Sent an email of complaint NO REPLY, SCAM. Keep well away from the company.

Cycling in tempretures of 5C+ my fingers were chilled to the bone. I complained via their so called support email.....no response and their website is now down....cowboys! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered one pair of these gloves after seeing advert on Instagram stories and travelling to a very cold country. Item did not arrive in time however I wasn't disappointed with this as I realised the country was experiencing delays with postage however I didn't need them as I had already travelled when they arrived. I emailed their support email for a refund and very disappointed no reply. I have emailed them every day for the past 7 days and double checked my junk folder but nothing. Think the ignorance in not replying even to say it wouldn't be their policy to return is so unprofessional.Only now I have read all the bad trust pilot reviews I realise they aren't even based in the UK so I have no chance of a refund. Avoid!

Gloves are useless. Cold hands from the wind the first time I used them, 2nd time it was raining and fingers were wet inside!!!

I ordered a pair of trainers they took my money . No email or trainers received. I'm £30 down and no goods . A bloody scam company stay clear

I ordered 3 pairs of gloves. The zip broke on one of them before they were even worn once. Despite 5 contacts on their website and a “Contact Us’ email, I have had no response or refund!
This company needs to repay customers for faulty goods or go out of business.

Shocking service. Ordered and payed for 3 pairs of gloves nothing arrived. Emailed a few times but no response will be reporting to trading standards this is a SCAM company avoid at all costs. Do not buy from them

SCAM COMPANY - Gloves arrived faulty, asked for a refund under their ‘30 day no quibble money back guarantee’ but was told I could only have a pair of replacement gloves. Three months on and I’m still waiting for them to arrive. The phone number on the website doesn’t work and my emails are no longer replied too. I’ll be raising a report with trading standards, but wanted this opportunity to warn you - don’t get stitched up like me - save your money or buy via a legit company like Amazon.

Bought two pairs of gloves.
Received within 16 days.
First pair, even before wearing, index finger seam stitching of about half inch missing.
Second pair, not warm,not comfortable, not worth 50p.
No answer from Thermaltec.
Cheap, badly made trash. Dishonest way of doing business. Never again.

Poor quality glove at premium price. Do a great job of turning the cold in. After under a dozen wears, finger seams are going.
Rubbish product

Never received them!! Emailed 5 times and no response after 6 weeks. Reported the company to trading standards and PayPal and received a refund the following day. Stay well away!

If you’ve got big hands, then don’t bother buying these. I bought X-Large and they are far too small. Oh and they’re not that waterproof either. So on reflection, I’m dissatisfied.

If I could give no stars I would! I bought these 6 weeks ago and have not received them. Do not buy from this company, they take your money and you never see your items. I am fuming, I am normally smarter than this and check reviews first but I bought these on a whim... never again. Further, none of the customer services phone numbers work. They constantly change phone numbers. Thermaltec give me my money back your actions are breaching my consumer rights under the consumer contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, SI 2013/3134, part 3, reg 29 (which remains in force notwithstanding the repeal of the European Communities Act) on the right to cancellation on items not received.

Another scam from China, wish I read the reviews.
Ordered two pairs and never arrived, countless emails sent and no replies. Furious I fell foe with I thought was UK number that don't exist. Do not fall for this scam

Website is rubbish, would not take address provided by PayPal and would not let me manually add address field that was required.

Having read the reviews on here I feel I've had a narrow escape!

Havent tried mine in the rain yet (but not confident reading reviews above).... Yes come up small in size. Yes be mindful are shipping from China. I can add that mine dont work at all with my smartphone (and i have no screen protector). Also, if you do still consider, i subsequently found them online for £6 with a google search (having already spent £16 buying direct) - which is my own fault.

I wouldn't even give them a one currently trying to get a refund as products are way to small. Emailed there customer service 5 times with no response so now taking it though PayPal complaints as that's how I payed hopefully I'll get my money back. Can't even return product as there's no return address ABSOLUTELY AWFUL DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!
