I ordered gloves early December and have not received anything. I have tried to track and no tracking details found, tried to phone and number doesn’t exist, tried to email and no reply. DO NOT USE this company they are obviously a SCAM organisation. I have put 1 star as I can’t write anything unless I do but they are minus stars.
People like this are thieving scumbags.

Please don't order from this company.
Gloves never arrived.
Tracking doesnt work.
Phone number doesnt work.
Apparently based in China so the above is not surprising.
Fell for a convincing social media ad.
Moral of the story. Always check the trust pilot reviews!

Terrible delivery time and poor quality
One glove the badge is falling off, the other glove the zip is broken upon receipt.

Claims they are a UK company then do from China.

Wish I’d checked here before buying! Was caught out by a convincing Facebook advert as were many others by the looks of it. Yet to receive any gloves even though I ordered at the beginning of December and have just discovered they are coming from China, not the UK. Definitely one to avoid!!!

I’m still waiting for delivery. Have now asked for refund. I ordered gloves after seeing advert on Facebook.

Cold hand _ wet hands , mainly because the gloves have yet to arrive.
Beware they do not keep stocks at a uK fulfilment centre and are despatched from China.

DO NOT BUY! Gloves took weeks to arrive as sent from China. First pair never arrived. Finally after a complaint through PayPal a second pair was sent. They are thin, not waterproof and very dirty-they look like they’ve been worn already.

After measuring my hands using their size chart I bought a pair of black, medium gloves. I did not receive any confirmation of my order and after almost 2 weeks they had not arrived. I sent an email querying my order and was informed they would arrive the next day which they did. The first time I tried them on the zip on the right-hand glove broke so I took photos and emailed them requesting a full refund. I received a reply saying that another pair would be immediately dispatched to which I swiftly replied that I did not want another pair, I wanted a full refund. I was refunded quite quickly. Overall, a very disappointing experience and obviously many others have also had similar, poor experiences. I would not recommend anyone else to buy these gloves

As with everyone else, these are the worst gloves I've ever purchased. Not waterproof or thermal.
I've asked for a refund, but I have to send the gloves back and as long as they've not be worn I can have my money back.
Of course they've been worn, how else was I supposed to test them?
I never buy off adverts on Facebook without checking... except this time, never again.
Now the gloves are popping up for sale by different companies?

Avoid the company like the plague. The telephone number doesn’t work, and the zip broke within 30 seconds of wearing them. Completely false advertising. Trading standards will be getting involved for definite. DON’T BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!

Would of given no stars if I could. Ordered them for a work colleague for Christmas present and the gloves aren't due to arrive until sometime in January. My friend ordered the same gloves off ebay for 5 pound Inc del. And had them within 3 days. Avoid this company at all costs. Complete scam.

The gloves finally arrived but drop shipped from China. They are definitely NOT waterproof and hardly water resistant. Emails to Thermaltec bounce back and any telephone number doesn't work. Checked out their trading address and it's non existent and the rear of a nursing home. Please avoid this Company or you will be wasting your money

First impulse buy I have made off of FB. The gloves looked good. For some reason part of my address had changed. Then I got a text from myherm.es saying your parcel is on it way, then a final email saying it has been delivered. Went to the address & no package delivered. Sent a number of emails, just get auto responses. Can’t believe I fell for this scam, I wish I had read the reviews. You live & learn!

Ordered 2 pairs one pair came with broken zips before I even tried them on other pair does not work with a phone like advertised are not waterproof like advertised and certainly not thermal like advertised
And the delivery times are shocking allow at least one month for them to arrive
To sum up every single thing on there website is a lie just one big con

Was bought a pair of these as I am a window cleaner , they weren’t waterproof at all and fell to bits after - couple of wears , absolutely useless

I bought a pair for me for use in the car, the zip broke within a week but can still use. Bought a pair for my son as he walks everywhere, he found they are not waterproof or even water resistant and we couldn't use either with our phones. Considering these were the selling points, poor is an understatement. also since found other companies selling them for a third of the price. Well they saw me coming didn't they 😒

Disgraceful, these gloves took forever to arrive, when they did they were certainly not waterproof, pretty much useless, despite involving PayPal, they have rejected my claim, stating the description was not substantially incorrect! Thanks PayPal and Thermaltec, waterproof means waterproof in my eyes, appalling con.

Can’t do zero stars. Sent from China - cleverly disguised. Arrived too late to be of use to me. Phone/web contacts don’t work. Finally got in touch with Laura Williams at support at thermal tec glove co uk Got a refund but had to chase and no postage refund. AVOID

Raging I didn’t come here to check before ordering! I too thought it was a British company. Went onto try and track the gloves and it is very obviously Chinese🤦‍♀️
Money gone I guess! No one seems to have had any joy with refunds.
Lesson learned
