Buyer Beware - not waterproof- the gloves I purchased were waterproof only on the outside.

I received a refund but had to take a hit on the postage back to Thermaltec.

Absolutely rubbish. False advertisement at it's finest. They are neither waterproof, comfortable nor possess any thermal qualities. I used the size chart provided, but the gloves were far too small. The ridiculously large inside seaming presses into your fingers. Very uncomfortable. When I complained, I received an email from Laura who gave me a UK address to send them back to - along with a warning not to come to the address personally! I sent a cover note demanding reimbursement of the postage. 3 weeks later, after no acknowledgement of receipt, I sent a reminder email. I got a generic notice of a refund within 10 minutes and confirmation from PayPal.

Scam…..on Facebook!!! Do not fall for it !

Stupidly I ordered gloves without first reading reviews on here. I've tried to cancel the order, sent 3 emails to 2 different addresses, one of which I was informed by Google didn't exist and also rang their phone number which isn't connected to anything.
I'm very annoyed with myself and more annoyed with this company for scamming people. Still waiting for a reply to my emails.

Unlike a lot of the reviewers I got my gloves within 2 weeks so I was pleased. I do a lot of running and suffer from Renauds (bad circulation in hands when cold). I found these gloves fine in dry weather BUT they are not waterproof as stated. I have run twice in the rain with them and have had wet hands at the end of both runs. Expensive for just keeping my hands warm

Delivery took weeks. But once they did arrive, they are the ugliest most useless version of NOT doing what it says on the tin. If you want waterproof gloves you may as well buy woollen mittens. Run your palm under a tap and it’s like you don’t have gloves on at all. Soaked hands. THESE ARE NOT ONE BIT WATERPOOF. Total piece of rubbish. Second pair won’t even get opened as can’t bear wearing them as they are so ugly and serve no purpose at all.

Hi just with everyone else ordered of Instagram thought was a UK company as well received my gloves zip broke straight away and have not received my thermal running gear.should have checked on here first.

The gloves I ordered had not appeared after 4 weeks and I wasn't prepared to download anything to track the order - but they were delivered today. They look brand new and the sizing is correct, but I don't know yet if they're waterproof

Ordered on Dec 13th 2021. Watched them on tracking travel to various locations in Shanghai over a 3 week period before getting to an airport.
When they finally arrived in the UK they fell into the hands of the incompetant slapstick clown show that we know as "Hermes".
Thermal Tec hide behind a UK website but ships from China. I never buy from China as you just get inferior knock offs. In this case I was duped into believing it was a UK supplier dispatching from the UK.

As all the others nearly a month to arrive and when they have absolute rubbish !!! Do not keep hands warm overpriced and not fit for purpose must breach every trades description policy out there- DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

So it was said that my gloves were 'out for delivery' since November. Whenever I try to talk to Hermes about it they say I have to go through the seller. Whenever I managed to get hold of someone in the sales team they told me to go to Hermes. It's a total joke. Bought them for Winter and just never got them. I suspect they are in agreement with Hermes to just not deliver them... Seems to be too many bad reviews like this.

I can’t believe I fell for the ad on Facebook! I ordered these early December as gifts for Christmas thinking this was a UK based company, but they never arrived. Tracking map showed goods were in Shanghai. One email address bounced back. Got PayPal involved and I finally received a refund and an apology from Laura Williams at the support email address. Lesson learned-don’t trust ads on FB.

Fraudulent, beware. Have been waiting over a month for my order,tracking details do not move,customer services keep advising "it's on the way" which is not backed up by the tracking facility.Took my money 28/11/21 but doesn't let you know items are shipped from Shanghai,website states an England address.Now Paypal are involved.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DODGY COMPANY

Same as all the rest.....ordered at the end of Nov, still nothing to show for it. Avoid!

Read all comments on trust pilot and agree, con, company based on uk but ships from China. False delivery times quoted and still no gloves. Customer services quoting different things, offering 30% refund for gloves not received. Hopeless. At least I paid through PayPal so will make claim for remaining money. Avoid Avoid !!!

After ordering 2 pairs of gloves on 8th December and checking the tracking info, which showed my items STILL in China, I finally managed to get a refund.

I'd emailed the support address several times for an update and was told as the items had been shipped there was nothing they could do.
I stated that the information I was given was false and misleading....a few minutes later I received an email informing me I was getting a refund.

Same as everyone else ordered early December said 5-7 days delivery now Christmas Eve and still not here. Emailed and got a generic email. Wish I’d seen all these reviews first as I wouldn’t of ordered. Tracking was working today showing still in China! I wouldn’t of ordered if I knew they were coming from China led to believe in the uk. Going to try open a PayPal case against them to get money back.

Ordered 2nd of Dec as a Christmas present, still waiting for the arrival of the goods. I've emailed the company and was told they were on route and would be delivered in a few days. They wouldn't process a refund as the gloves were on their way too me. I'm still waiting... first time I didn't check the credibility of the company before buying and very disappointed.

I ordered on social media in early January, never at anytime was I informed that they were based in China, otherwise I would not have used them.
I emailed enquiring when the gloves would arrive as they were a Christmas present. I was told another 5-7 working days as the tracking number given never worked.
I received a PayPal refund yesterday with no explanation.
DO NOT USE - WISH I HADN'T
too late now to buy a replacement for Christmas......thanks for nothing !!

I would give it a 0 if I could. Items never arrived
