I needed an urgent return of a EBay sofa I had delivered and these guys really pulled it out of the bag, so very very helpful and the cheapest of 3 companies I called.

I have had a very bad experience with this company. First I was quoted for one price and then found my card charged 15GBP more. Secondly the item was damaged in transit. Thirdly when I contacted them about these 2 issues they each time just told me they couldn't do anything about it, how I was wrong and how it was not their problem. Left a sour taste in my mouth and a bill to fix the item damaged in transit.

I was a bit nervous using a company I had not heard of before. But I had an urgent delivery and Jason was very professional on the telephone so I went ahead. I am very pleased I did because the service has been 2nd to none from start to finish. My packages were collected within 15 minutes of my call with Jason.
The gent who collected my items was so polite and helpful.
My recipient also emailed me specially to tell me how fantastic the driver was when he delivered the goods. I will definitely use this company again.

Excellent service, I rang The Sameday People at 18:00 and requested that they collect a pallet from my warehouse in Camberley to take to Manchester. Their driver arrived in 20 minutes and my goods were delivered on site to the engineer in manchester at 21:58 absolute A1 service guys Thanks.

Needed to transport a specialised race orientated motorcycle and these guys were very helpful...at first.

I was promised a van with a disabled lift however, when the van arrived I noticed that it only had a very short and unsecured ramp. After multiple failed attempts at trying to load the bike I phoned the collection company only to be met with verbal abuse. Completely unprofessional with little man syndrome giving it the large over the phone.

Since the bike was so heavy I had to call a family member to help us lift the bike. The van driver could only do so much as he had a bad knee. Can not fault the driver as he did try his best and was very polite and courteous.

Summary:
Very helpful before payment. Post payment, they are a complete joke. Avoid at all costs.
Their website states that they have a 'large fleet of vehicles and drivers' which a lie, they are advertising jobs on a trading platform to drivers, meaning anyone can accept them.
I have now got direct contact with the van driver as his rates are much cheaper and I can avoid unprofessional middlemen.
