Quick service. Good prices. Easy enough to book. Verified with the airline that it was a real ticket too.

The website was easy to use, I had a smooth and hassle free transaction. The customer service was good no long queue on the phone waiting to be answered when I rang them to make some clarification with my bookings. Customer service staff was very helpful.

Absolutely dreadful experience, bought flights from UK to Toronto then was lied to by an agent and told it was cheaper to purchase check in bags through them. After paying £160, I then discover it's cheaper to buy them at the airport. I call them back 10 minutes after booking the flights to be told they're non-refundable (even though Air Canada have a 24h cooling off period). After 20 minutes arguing over the phone they finally offer me an option to cancel but informed me I would be charged a £75 cancellation fee! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Lesson learned on my end, a booking confirmation doesn't actually seem to be a confirmation of a booking.
I booked a flight, received the confirmation so I started looking to book other onwards flights and hotels that lined up with this booking. Get a lovely, chirpy and not overly sympathetic email the next day stating that they've had to cancel my flight due to an 'inventory glitch'. The best part is that none of my other bookings were refundable so I was stuck with travel plans that were only compatible with this booking.
Funnily enough, thought I'd have a look at their website to see if their 'inventory' had been fixed and sure enough, the same flight was there for a couple hundred more. Good to see their website is fixed enough to try and take more money for the same ticket not long after.
I never received any further communication from The Travel House despite me replying so not sure you'll get any good communication from this company either, not ideal when you're dealing with a travel agency that can make or break your holiday. The only good thing I can possibly say is that I got my money back, so I guess they're not a full on scam?

I would like to share my experience of booking my flight online through The Travel House via Skyscanner.
I found the entire process to be very easy, clear, and transparent. I made the booking online through Skyscanner with The Travel House, and as soon as the payment was completed, I received a confirmation email immediately. Within a few hours, I also received my e-ticket, which made the process feel very efficient and reliable.
Overall, I found the experience straightforward and hassle-free. The team has continued to keep me updated since the booking, and I am very pleased with the level of service provided.
I would definitely recommend The Travel House to others and would be happy to use their services again in the future.
Thank you very much.
Best regards IA
