I have ordered the marble soap and hand cream trays £9 each and didn’t research enough and thought the soap and hand cream came with them will I be able to take in to your store in Royal Tunbridge Wells to change as I am unable to buy square hand soap and cream to go in to them I have just read the reviews and realised they don’t come with them in it

I paid for next day delivery and it didn’t come. Don’t use a courier service if you can’t trust them to deliver when promised
I have changed this to 5 stars because The white company customer service is second to none. I was issued with a full refund and a lovely email apology. At the end of the day it’s the crappy courier company that mucked up not the white company

I placed my order on 5 August. Paid for next day delivery. I still haven't received the item, which is needed for a baby shower today, Saturday 8 August! Extremely disappointed. I cannot believe Evri is The White Companies chosen courier!
