Excellent delivery and customer service. More accurate guidance on sizing would be helpful as I had to return lots of items to store that I had ordered online and were too big.
Customer service was good when I made an anniversary present purchase for my wife. I obtained a gift receipt but was not told we only had two weeks to return the item.

Order arrived in an open paper bag
Ordered bedding, expensive bed linen. Not happy for this to arrive in a brown paper bag and for the delivery man to tell me, be careful because it is fully open! Was going to order a lot more bedding, not sure I will now as this is not the first time this has happened

Customer service were lovely when dealing with my missing parcel.Not there fault evri as usual took six days to deliver my parcel but that’s nothing unusual for them. Shame that Evri has to be used
Customer service is quick to respond to and mostly helpful. It's a shame that they will not post the online orders with another courier besides Evri.
I've had no luck in actually receiving my order because Evri just holds on to the parcel. This has happened a second time now after The White Company has resent the parcel.

I live in Denmark but The White Company delivers here free of charge. After Brexit there were loads of problems ordering online from U.K. so I stopped ordering anything. However delighted The White Company seems to have sorted out that problem. Also very quick delivery. Always delighted with the quality of my purchases.
