Delighted customer from Denmark

I live in Denmark but The White Company delivers here free of charge. After Brexit there were loads of problems ordering online from U.K. so I stopped ordering anything. However delighted The White Company seems to have sorted out that problem. Also very quick delivery. Always delighted with the quality of my purchases.

Cookie Banner - Overlay Disturbed Shopping

When trying to use the website on my browser, the cookie banner would be cleared by accepting the cookies, then a grey overlay made the site completely unusable. This was also the case on Incognito/fresh session on Chrome. I managed to add to cart, then completed the order on my mobile phone. If I wasnt an existing member, I would have gone elsewhere to shop. Thought you should know!

The White Company customer service

I recently made a purchase from the White Company and whilst searching for my size used the live chat service online to find out where it might be stocked.

The first surprise was to be able to actually speak to and see a real person online, rather than navigate a chat bot. The second was the extent to which Julia Pastur (Live Chat Manager) went above and beyond to help me find the item. She reserved two different sizes in two different branches. I picked one up the next day and during the whole process Julia kept in regular contact via email and phone.

In a world where most of our interactions are online with pre-programmed questions rarely giving the answer you’re looking for and usually no option to make a call and speak to someone. Talking to Julia made the shopping experience so much nicer. She was helpful, friendly, efficient and embodied The White Company's B Corp values. Great customer experience!
