I recently got an EV charger from these guys. Whoa, man! Suff's hella cool! Charging my electric vehicle has never been easier. Plus, their customer service was top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone in need for a seamless EV charging solution.

Received a call for someone to check over our system after spending some time discussing batteries we ordered a system and it was fitted the next day! Very professional and quick service

Cold call, all went well to start with. Agreed to the price and paid in full. Monies taken immediately. Date set for new unit and panel clean. Three scruffy young lads turn up in a dirty white van with a large penis graffiti on the back, no company ID, no uniforms, no personal ID, no paperwork. I suggested the van needed a clean, much giggling, graffiti wiped off by one lad's sleeve, more giggling, so I cancelled. Not prepared to have these individuals working on my property. Turns out, 2 were work experience, not employed by the company, therefore not insured for work or damage to my property or themselves. Told them to leave. More graffiti drawn, boobs this time. My husband received a very rude, aggressive phone call from the 'boss', so bad he had to tell him to shut up, otherwise he would hang up. Whilst on the call, he witnessed the new graffiti being drawn. In a later conversation, it was suggested the graffiti might have been done whilst they were parked on the earlier job, no way, one giggling boy pointed to another and said 'he did it'.
We had paid in full on the 22.10.24, cancelled on 28.10.24 finally received refund on 15.11.24. They did not even fulfil their own terms and conditions. We have lived in this house since 1977, obviously over the years spent thousand maintaining and improving it. This has been the worst experience we have ever had.
Got a cold call from TGP regarding a storage battery for my solar set up,guy turned up (really nice fellow mark b )
Got down to price as i know what i wanted and then he rung his boss up to see what he could do with price etc and his boss then tells him and myself the batteries wont be in untill maybe Jan/feb next year...I felt sorry for mark as he did not know and should of been told before setting out to come to me
Jeez what a waste of time, why send a man round to sell something thats not going to be in stock for 3 months...not happy at all.
His boss would not give me a price, when i offered to pay on the price on todays value to secure a battery when they do get back on the shevles, but would not agree...not a good way to premote your company.

Received a cold call today and when I asked where insurance for the system was held, they told me I was a time waster and hung up. Caller had difficulty explaining what MCS was as they say they are registered with MCS. So I did a search on MCS Web Site and could not find Think Green Partners. They also say they are NICEIC Approved Contractor but Think Green Partners did not come up in a search. I am just curious why?
Caveat Emptor comes to mind.

Think Green Partners is a Trading Name and published Dormant Accounts with Companies House 23rd August 2024 - Most interesting.
NICEIC and MCS are registered to the company name Global Green Partners. TGP Web site says Global Green Partners trading as Think Green Partners in the small print. So do NICEIC and MCS apply to Think Green Partners or just Global Green Partners? Who is design, installation and warranty insurance with? I am sure all will become clear but it is very confusing for a customer doing due diligence before placing an order?

I recently had a fantastic experience with Think Green Partners for my solar panel installation. From the initial consultation to the final setup, their team was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They guided me through the entire process, answering all my questions and tailoring the system to my needs. The installation was seamless, and they completed it ahead of schedule. Since going solar, my energy bills have significantly dropped, and I feel great about contributing to a greener planet. I highly recommend Think Green Partners for anyone considering solar energy!

Received a call on Wednesday last week stating that think green partners wanted to do a annual check on our system we have a maintenance plan with them they said our inverter was not working how it should be and replaced it free of charge within 1 week, can't fault the service we have received since signing up !

The maintenance work from tgp has always been good, we have a 10 year cover with them and recently they came to install somethink around the panels to prevent birds but could not be dont without scaffolding, tgp covered all the costs for this and now the work is done.

had our inverter changed last week, the work was done a day after we signed up. Great service!

I was cold called regarding my solar PV system. The topic was inverter warranty. I told them that it was out of warranty but they still wanted to visit. They inspected the generation meter and the inverter. They told me that the inverter was under sized. It definitely is not. They asked why I was exporting so much power and that I should be using it to save money. I said that I was happy to export what i didn't need because it contributed to reducing gas burn and carbon reduction in the national grid. They told me that this was incorrect. They are absolutely wrong on this point. Their general line of questioning was abrasive and as I argued with them they be came abusive. I asked them to Leave. they said that people like me made them sick!!
Signed up to a 10yr contract for inverter replacement solar panel service. Cancellation confirmed as received within 5days and full refund promised. That was on 5th September. Credit card provider now actioning Section 70 against Company for £3k. Disgraceful.Form your own opinion.
From installation to customer service tgp have always been good, 4 years ago they changed our converter for our solar panels and since that time they have always helped with our problems.
Have not currently proceeded with any order yet however I wanted to leave this review based on my current experience, I was contacted by tgp to quote me for a solar panel set up, the salesman arrived on time and went through everything with me and even when I did not want to sign on the day they left politely and even provided me extra savings calculations days after which is helping me decide how many batteries to go for. Usually I have dealt with aggresive sales tactics in the past and it was great to see tgp
Our installation went as planned we have had excellent communication from the office the guys at think green have done everything right so far.
