I contacted Thorneycroft solicitors after an accident at work (15/11/23never done this before on contact I spoke to William who went through the whole process in detail it’s not a quick fix but i stayed with it after Williams guidance. The company are 100% customer focused they updated me regularly and organised all the appointments and specialist that i had to see i received my compensation today 20/05/25 I would recommend Thorneycroft solicitors to any one.

Thorneycroft solicitors is one of the best law firms in UK. When l was looking for a solicitor to work on my case and l contacted Thorneycroft solicitors, l was assigned to Hayley Gibson to handle my case, in fact she is really good and has done a good job for me. She deserves to be praised. She always gives me updates about the progress of the case, call me on phone if she needs any documents, good advice concerning the case, more especially the first step where the defendant wanted to reject the claim. Having never used a solicitors to make a claim before, I was very wary. I found Thorneycroft very professional and not in the slightest pushy, from the first person I dealt with through to Hayley Gibson who was my solicitor on the case. I was kept up to date at regular intervals and all of my questions and queries where responded to within a timely fashion. The end result was a successful claim, and I actually received substantially more than both I and Hayley expected. It is never a nice thing to make a claim against another person or company that you have a functioning relationship with, and Hayley helped me to overcome this discomfort and keep it purely on a profession basis. All in all I am more than happy with the outcome, and feel that it was the correct thing to do.

I had an injury the month of june last year due to a hole/uneven pavement/manhole that caused me to have a fracture on my ankle. It took me 2 months to recover. I have been assesed by the injury claim department and was referred to the Thorneycroft Solicitors although process

when I approached Thorneycroft solicitors, regarding a works accident, I was looking for advice after a telephone conversation they informed myself that are willing to take my case on for damages pain and suffering mental health issues, the advice from the start was very professorial, my solicitor MR Pembleton worked with me with , he organised medical meetings, councillors reports all time sending emails informing myself of every update form the other side , and just checking up on myself , just over 2 years I had the best email ever the other had settled . I can't thank Thorneycroft solicitors enough I wasn't expecting anything when I first phoned, I just wanted some advice, they are very good at their job I WOULD HIGHLY Recommend ,I can't thank them enough Just give them a call
