We bought two international Three SIM…
We bought two international Three SIM cards from WH Smith at the airport for our Europe vacation. My husband's card worked perfectly. Mine did not work at all.When we called Three customer service, they admitted the SIM card had been left on the shelf too long, was discontinued, and was completely useless. They told us to return it to WH Smith.What followed was an incredibly frustrating experience. WH Smith told us to go to a Three store. The Three store told us to go back to WH Smith. Finally, we went back to the original WH Smith airport branch where we purchased it, only to be told there was "nothing they could do. "Neither company was willing to take responsibility for selling a discontinued, non-functioning product. This completely disrupted our holiday. Unacceptable service from both Three and WH Smith. Avoid buying SIM cards here.

Was a dispapointed at much sim prices were when i wanted to add on a phone. So i boigjt my samsung outright and staff helped set me up on new phone. Martin with glasses and beard helped me do tranzfer

When will the tower in ab11 be fixed
When will the tower in ab11 be fixed? It’s has been down for maintenance for 10 weeks now. Daily average download speeds of 3mbps just isn’t enough to use the internet. I shouldn’t have to pay for internet that’s never actually in service.
