Leah was amazing, very professional,calm,polite, friendly, Leah explained everything in full easy to understand detail. Leah is a massive credit to Barnstaple three store, amazing customer service. I upgraded my mi_fi box,& went on to a three SIM card as well.

Amazing service
Amazing service! Yas cook was amazing. Unfortunately I could not get a contract settled there, as I recently took credit out somewhere else, but I will definately come back in a couple months and have recommended her to friends since.

Awesome customer service
James and Yasmine from the High Street store in Barnstaple were awesome!! Met James earlier with my wife to ask about their plans, and he was super helpful, explaining their plans in an easy manner. Yasmine did an excellent job with the SIM transfer as well, while also making sure we understood what she was doing. I recommend any day, anytime.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Three, thanks entirely to Yasmin and Jordan.
From the moment I walked in, Yasmin and Jordan was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me — not just selling me something, but making sure everything was right. She took the time to listen, explained everything clearly (without jargon or pressure), and handled every detail with total confidence and care.
What really stood out was how human the service felt. Calm, patient, knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest — the kind of customer service you don’t come across very often anymore. I left feeling looked after, valued, and genuinely grateful for the experience.
If every company trained their staff to Yasmin’s standard, customer service would be in a very different place.
10/10 — flawless service, absolute credit to Three.
