I have been with Three customers for years and always get good services. However Hao is absolutely on different level of excellent customer service.
She made the transaction so smoothly and efficiently. We got the best deals, a free tablet from Samsung and even some cash from bringing family members to Three!!!
I can't wait to bring more friends and family members to see Hao and get the best service from her

Stacy in the Cambridge store was outstanding. She really went above and beyond in helping deal with a very confusing and irritating problem with my contract I’ve had over several years. Hao has been exceptionally helpful over the last 2 days. My problem with my original phone was remedied as best as possible, then she helped set up a new phone that has been sitting in a drawer for over 2 years because I could not get it to automatically upload. She was very patient and talked me through all the processes.It was complicated. Made sure I had access to what’s app and emails. Gave me advice on removing apps and data no longer required and also assisted me with my portable WiFi set up. I have been with 3 for over 10 years and although I cannot fault the service from before I feel that Hao has gone the extra mile for me. I am a happy satisfied customer.
