Simon and Bea gave me fantastic advice and patient support when helping me buy a new iPhone and in updating my plan today at the Leamington Spa 3 branch. Moved all my apps etc to the new phone and, as an older person, they made what could’ve been a stressful process very quick and simple. Very grateful!

Bea at the Leamington store is a star
Bea at the Leamington Spa store delivered faultless service - she supported me to upgrade one of my business lines but when we encountered an issue in store and it had to be escalated she continued to chase it up for over a week (clearly not a straightforward issue!), kept me informed all the way and was utterly delightful to boot.
