After months of running from pillar to post, calling all possible numbers Three has and complaining about being unable to log into my broadband account, I finally ended up at the Three store in Nuneaton city centre. I was politely greeted by Jay and he helped resolve my issue in a matter of minutes. Found him to be very knowledgeable and friendly.
Definitely recommend to see this young man if you have any issues that can be resolved in-store.
