Excellent and personalised customer service
We as customers were very confused about the plans and contracts and how does the sim plans work, however this one staff member “Jasmine” was kind enough to help us step by step and explain the plan. Cory was so helpful and carefully broke everything down for me in regards to a sim only contract and a device and sim contract. He was very calm and kind towards me.
