Detailed information …

I initially wanted to get a sim contract with 3 for the first time having read about some offers. Olushola, the representative who attended to me was calm and precise. She made it a great experience having explained to me all that is there for me.

Exceptional customer service

I had a complicated issue with changing Sims and contacts and was looked after by a totally brilliant customer advisor called Eryca. She is fantastic at her job - really patient, kind and professional.
Also there was a nice atmosphere in the shop with all the colleagues clearly working well together in a calm and pleasant way.
