Excellent service from Thunderpole, but they where let down massively by the Post Office, I paid extra for saturday delivery, but the post office was a no show, not even a red card, claimed I wasn't in.

Had a fault with a Handheld C.B Radio i purchased a few weeks ago. Emailed Thunderpole and got a reply the the next day From Andy asking to send it back to them so they could look into it for me, postage lable was sent to me and I posted the same day.

I Bought the same C.B again as i was without one while it was being looked at but royal mail had lost it.

Andy was really helpful, professional and friendly kept me updated while they contacted royal mail. Because i already bought another C.B From them Andy was happy to give me in store credit to use for the C.B royal mail lost which i was more than happy with as i have a list of items i want to buy. I put my order in at the end of the working day and it was dispatched the next day.
