Great communication, I had a problem with my bank card and tried a few times to purchase i contacted Thunderpole who in return sent me bank details so I could buy from them, I bought a President Washington Ham radio 11mtr band added for free other firms charge for this Radio is really good would definitely use again.

Purchased the Thunderpole T-X handheld and I have been transported back to my childhood from the 1980’s 😄 what an absolute treat ! The quality is superb and it’s packed with features. The airwaves are much quieter nowadays but I think I’m gonna try a large fixed antenna once I have figured out which one will work best. The company Thunderpole have excellent customer support with high quality products so I highly recommend them. 👍🏻

CB radio is quiet at the moment, but on the up so I decided to buy a Thunderpole T-X both for portability and price. I am not disappointed as soon as I turned it on it picked up transmissions I now need to finish off setting up base and mobile (car) antenna to be completed delivery was quick and the item well packed happy with my purchase.

Bought the Uniden bearcat handheld scanner from Thunderpole and wow the delivery was rapid will definitely be buying from them again soon, the scanner was confusing to use at first but after a few hours it’s great, the only concern I have is that it states it receives CB radio but unfortunately it doesn’t without having to change the antenna and few settings..
The overall handheld unit is a real good build quality with a nice selection of frequencies to sail through..

Easy to pick and order just remembering my 10 codes lol but after 35 years of being off the airwaves it'll be great getting back on the air and at least a.m and sideband are now legal.

I was in the middle of programming some radios which were needed quite urgently. Unfortunately I was experiencing computer problems and needed to re-install some drivers.
I contacted Thunderpole for their help in getting the drivers and they responded within the hour, and had sent me the correct drivers for the job.
I’m so grateful to them for their fast response and help in this matter. Thanks guys.

*Edit* Now a 5 Star review! I left a trustpilot 4 star review for the below, after which I was contacted very swiftly by Andy from Thunderpole. He explained they had a solution to the problem and would be happy to post it out free of charge, which they did and I received it the next day! Fantastic service from these guys. (How all companies should strive to be) the beehive mount was not very good, the nut was extremely thin and week and wouldn’t pull up in the threads, unfortunately as I had already drilled a hole in the roof I had to just purchase another one elsewhere quickly to seal the roof. Everything else was up to scratch as usual.
