This company is the best company I ever ordered from!!
I ordered the thunderpole tx and had a few questions for the customer support. I emailed them and max 20 min later I already had a response. After that I called them for some clarification on my question and unlike any other bigger company there was no waiting at all. I expected to wait for at least 5 or 10min but they instantly picked up the phone.
I am very very happy with how fast their customer support is and will definitely order from them again.

Top Notch Radio Products Friendly Professional Staff
I've dealt with thunderpole for a while now buying microphones, antennas and even radios.
Most recently was a KPO DX5000 plus. Service from Thunderpole was professional, informative and friendly throughout.
Delivery was quick and the parcels are always securely wrapped too.
I would highly recommend Thunderpole to anyone.
