$88 booking fee!

The booking fee wasn't shown on the website when I bought the tickets.
The event was cancelled and I received a refund for the 4 tickets I bought, but I was short-changed by $88.88. When I enquired, they insisted that was the amount of the booking fee

A bad situation made better by excellent customer service

The show I had purchased as a surprise birthday gift for my wife was cancelled at the last minute. The instructions on getting a full refund where not clear so I emailed Ticket Fairy and got a reply from Cynthia very promptly with a simple step by step guide on how to get a refund. The money was back in my account in a few days. Excellent service from Cynthia.

No-hassle name change – thank you!

Needed to change my name on my ticket because I had changed my legal name since buying the ticket. Sent my gov-issued name change cert to the Ticket Fairy team and they had it sorted within minutes. Legends!

A Game-Changer for Event Management

We’ve had an outstanding experience using Ticket Fairy. From the very beginning, their team has been incredibly supportive, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed.
