I used Ticket Fairy for the first time…

I used Ticket Fairy for the first time to purchase tickets for the Budapest Major CS2 2025, and overall I had a very positive experience.
The registration process was quick and straightforward, and buying the tickets felt safe and reliable. Everything worked smoothly, and I received my tickets without any issues. I was also pleasantly surprised by the referral program – it’s a nice bonus opportunity for users.
Another big advantage was the ability to resell tickets directly on the platform. My friend couldn’t attend the event, so he managed to resell his ticket to another friend of mine through the website. Thanks to that, I wasn’t alone at the event, which made the whole experience even better.
Customer support was also responsive and helpful whenever there were questions – that definitely deserves recognition.
The only downside, in my opinion, is that the referral reward (or bonus/refund – not exactly sure how to call it) is paid out only several months after the Budapest Major ends. That feels like a very long wait.
Overall, I would rate Ticket Fairy 4 out of 5 stars.

Ticket purchasing is a breeze!!!

Many times I've been in a hurry when buying tickets through the Ticket Fairy and because I'm a repeat customer, my billing informaation is safely attached in my profile, thus allowing me to purchase my tickets fast and reliably. They make ticket purchasing an easy task. Thank you, Ticket Fairy!!! Love you, guys!!!

Disappointing post-purchase experience

Disappointing post-purchase experience. No phone support, a very slow website that is challenging to use, and an unreasonable process to gift tickets. To change ticket names you must resell tickets to yourself, incurring undisclosed fees. The lack of upfront transparency and limited support make simple issues unnecessarily difficult. Would not have purchased if this was clear at checkout.

Not existing resell system

Bought a ticket for Budapest CS2 Major, getting close to the event I was unsure if I can attend at the MVM Dome so I put my ticket on sale through TicketFairy. They said it can be only resold through their system, but actually they never released a resell period, even though tickets were sold out 2+ months before the event. Fortunately I could attend at the event but if I couldnt I didnt have the chance to sell my ticket. Horrible company, hopefully for most of the events you can buy tickets through multiple companies so you dont have to choose them.
