Terrific Tom

This year's events seem far more organised. Entrance was easy and fairly speedy and getting out afterwards was not delayed at all. There was plenty of space to sit and it was easy to negotiate getting to and from our seats to get food, drink etc. The main show (Tom Grennan) was excellent - he is amazing - sound was pitched really well. And support act 2 was really enjoyable. Food and drink was varied and good but far too expensive - ridiculous prices which limited what we spent. Goodness knows how a family could afford to enjoy those eats and drinks!

Great BST gig in Hyde Park

Very happy with the process for tickets, although you have to go to the BST app to retrieve them. The communication on what to do and get your tickets was very good.
The concert was great, for me outstanding performances from The War on drugs, I so love this band, and Mumford and sons was incredible, such a high tempo performance and you see how good the really are with some great guests during their set. For me Ticketmaster is my go to site.

Seats have fixed arm rests.

Band was amazing. However, the seating was awful and has given me bruises because the arm rests are fixed. My partner is tall and it was hard to fold himself out of the seat every time someone needed to leave the row. We left the show after about an hour or so because of the seats. The fact that the arm rests are fixed should be in the venues information.

Had great experience in buying tickets

Had great experience in buying tickets, I know that ticketmaster can be hit and miss depending on the artist however, I cannot fault them. My tickets arrived in my account, I was able to enter the venue and enjoyed the concert.

Stress free event.

No issues at all getting into the event using mobile app tickets. Pre event info from Ticketmaster was very helpful and made the whole process simple. Thank you.

The concert itself was fantastic all…

The concert itself was fantastic all artist performance was truly crowd pleasing.
The huge downfall was the lack of accessible toilet facilities, 3 toilets with a crowd of 35,000 was completely unacceptable.
Being a service user for accessible toilets I was mocked by other in the queue as my disability ‘isn’t visible’ the staff manning this particular queue were not trained or had sheer lack of empathy.
I was left humiliated by staff and other concert attendees.
The person who called me not disabled then was allowed to bypass other people (some with ‘visible’ disabilities’ to use the toilet with 4 friends.
This did dappen the whole night as I had to restrict my water intake for fear of needing the toilet. Please don’t use banners to stay hydrated if your not providing enough accessible facility’s and staff to Mann them.

If i could give you 0 stars I would
Tickets couldn't be found on bst app...help desk couldn't or wouldn't help...going g rou d in circles.
But! I could sell the tickets fine..so ended up doing g that at a massive loss. Friends managed to buy other tickets at further cost. I am over £200 down and will never buy bst tickets again via this method.

absolutely amazing.Total entertainment…

absolutely amazing.Total entertainment from start to finish.

This show is such an incredible experience to be watched at Blenheim Palace such an outstanding palace for the one and only Michael Bublie.

We would go again tomorrow if it were possible
