Hiding behind false claims
I received the email below informing me my tickets were moved to the later show, but when I arrived they tickets were invalid and we couldn't get in. TicketOffices.com claims they sent this in error and sent a follow up email to correct it...fact is they didn't and I can prove it. Instead I am out $1,500 because they will not refund nor show me the email they are claiming they sent. Run away.

Beware of service charges
The prices are not the cheapest and service charges are pretty high and there is no disclosure until final purchase. Would like to have seen it upfront before going into the order pages
