TWO YEAR DELAY IN REFUND???
After a TWO YEAR delay of the Jerry Seinfeld show, TicketOffices has been telling us for two years that this show is NOT cancelled. Then, we get a cancellation notice from Ticketmaster that is has been cancelled and TicketOffices is STILL telling us not cancelled. We will probably have to engage with an attorney to get our money back.
SHAME on TicketMaster for forwarding this ticket sale to a third party - which we were not aware of until recently digging into this mess. Not Happy!

This company is awful. Bought eight seats expecting them to be close to get on my receipt post payment that they will just be in the same zone. Nope. Don't go to these people.
Update-they asked me to DM and I did but they still didn’t rectify the problem. My review stands. Nope, I don’t recommend this company.

they owed me money for a cancelled show(COVID!!!) I was able to apply it towards tickets for another show, they were very helpful. Site was easy to navigate, which is good because i'm old and not very tech savvy. Very pleased with the entire transaction, 2 thumbs up!
