Amazing holiday circumnavigating Svalbard. MS Fram a very comfortable ship and crew well organised and helpful. Food amazing. Wildlife in abundance including sightings of polar bears, Arctic foxes, walrus, seals and whales. Tour guide Darren Wheatley very professional and caring. Fantastic trip.Even managed a walk on pack ice! We also went 81 degrees north.

We have been on trips previously and had a great experience each time. After some pondering decided to look at another for 2027. We picked our trip and made a call, MANDY was the sales person we spoke with, she was very friendly & efficient in covering all aspects and answering our questions. Lots of info came our way, a bit much sometimes to take in but as we were going to book it didnt matter too much. She covered the discounts too while booking to get a reasonable price. One part i think TITAN should drop as not needed was edging to the hard sale, groups are small yes, if this trip was full there are others.

Just returned from Circumnavigation of Svalbard. The most amazing holiday in an awesome and inspiring destination. Had 2 days in Oslo and 1 day on Longyearbyen followed by 12 nights on Ms Fram circumnavigating the Svalbard. Saw amazing sights including polar bears, walrus, arctic fox and reindeer. Throughout the tour we were supported and guided by our wonderful tour manager Darren.

The cruise around Svalbard was a wonderful adventure full of many memorable moments. The Titan link with HX Expedition Team and Crew enabled us to experience first hand a range of activities to immerse us in the magic of the Arctic region. Our Titan guide Darren Wheatley, was excellent from start to finish: knowledgeable, kind, helpful, supportive, going above and beyond to ensure the group's needs were met.
Yes, I had some organisational issues with Titan/HX/SAS at Oslo Airport which caused great anxiety at the time but hopefully, all parties involved will ensure that Assistance requests are for the whole journey outbound and inbound and never again have a person with mobility issues feeling stranded and begging for help.
However, the Cruise itself was spectacular: great ship, fantastic crew, brilliant restaurant staff and varied meals, passionate and exciting expedition team, interesting lectures and a varied programme of activities. The Arctic will live in my memory for a very long time. Thank you.

The tour manager, Darren Wheatley was exceptional in his dedication to the holiday and his passengers.

We had a financial query relating to our booking. We initially spoke to Millie (hope I got her name correct) on Saturday, who tried to resolve the query but unable to do so, so she raised an internal query for us with the relevant department. When we called back today, we spoke to Manisha who once given relevant information was able to check and confirm that our query had been resolved. Both Millie and Manisha were very pleasant and professional in their approach to our query and we are now looking forward to our holiday.

Contacted Titan & spoke with Emma who made the booking procedure a pleasurable experience. She was friendly efficient & knowledgeable on all aspects of the holiday. she suggested certain aspects wh8ichn were suitable form us.

The call was answered quickly. The young lady had no strong regional accent and was easy to understand. She was very pleasant and answered all my questions. The one question she didn’t know she said she would find out and ring me back. She told me when this might be and did ring back as promised. A pleasant experience all round

Whole booking was stress free and each detail carefully explained. The line was not great but not so bad that we failed to complete the booking.

The trip as a whole was fantastic. Our guide Colin Thompson was the best. His humour, patience & guidance was a huge part of what made the trip the success it was.
We chose Titan because they handled the organization and implementation from beginning to end - we just turned up!
The reason for not giving this experience a 5 star was the extremely poor and at times very frustrating customer service prior to our trip.
Not getting enough concise information concerning visas and seat availability in good time prior to the holiday was enough to consider canceling. After an official complaint and a long wait for the issues to be resolved, it was just enough time to agree to pay the final payment and take the trip.
Once we got under way, the trip was fantastic and very well organized.
We will definitely use Titan again and will be very aware of ensuring everything is done early enough prior to departure.

From start to finish, our Tour Rep Colin Thompson dealt with Minor Hiccups in a calm and professional manner.
His knowledge of the places we were visiting and accommodation we were staying at helped everyone settle quickly and bond as a group

Well what can I say first time travelling with Titan, and it has been truly amazing. Our tour representative (Colin Thompson) was fantastic 10/10, no problems with any little queries, or where to go while in the towns to eat or drink.
