Brought phone but unfortunately there was issue with it. The communication was first rate and couldn't be more helpful. The price was great but from purchase to return and refund amazing can't fault the customer service.

This team is fantastic. I was looking for a tv for home, however at the prices they had I couldn’t not buy one for the office as well. Refurbished items at a fantastic price. I had a browse throughout their listings and they are definitely my go to people from now on. If it’s a phone, coffee machine or a 75” tv, it will be them. Thanks for the service!

Iphone14 plus refurbished. Phone was faulty on delivery but after excellent communications with Jatinder at cheapest electrical it was replaced within 24 hrs via dpd. Replacement worked great and looked like new. Excellent communication and service. Highly recommended.

After much searching for a newish phone that wouldn't cost silly money, I found the "cheapestelectrical" shop on Ebay.
The chosen phone was refurbished, but was also a great price, so I bought it.
The delivery was quick and I received what was essentially a new unmarked phone, which was beyond my expectations.
Adam was quick to reply when I had any questions.
Highly recommended and I will undoubtedly use them again in the future.

Bought a phone on Monday 29 it said 2 days delivery it was for my daughter birthday on the 2nd now royal mail not delivering it till Friday 3rd that's 5 days,so you lied about 2 days delivery ( misrepresentation) it's not good to me now its too late for birthday so don't want it, want my money bk and official complaint.

I recently bought a mobile phone from kazoop, unfortunately the phone was locked to a network other than my network.
I contacted kazoop and this problem was sorted out very promptly by Anita at kazoop getting me the code from the other network to unlock it.
The service was excellent and if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I bought a used air fryer at a very good price. I expected a more superficially damaged item (it was advertised as scratched and dirty) and it was in much better condition than I thought. There was a technical issue which I got back to Adam at Cheapest Electricals about and he refunded half the cost, without any wrangling or issue. I feel I got a bargain and will definitely shop with them again

Bought a sat nav from this company trading as cheapest electrical on ebay, it developed a fault but the customer service was absolutely outstanding and the issue dealt with swiftly. Would highly reccomend them.

Order baby camera/monitor Item delivered arrived ok, but didn’t work properly. Camera at nighttime flickered on/off like disco light while making clicking noise like a camera

I cannot recommend this amazing company highly enough! I came across them accidentally on ebay and have used them multiple times for my ninja addiction as well as recyclin bin, and now looking at purchasing a mobile phone. Their speed of service is second to none, they use reputable delivery companies who don't leave parcels in bins!!!! Should anything not be quite right for any reason their customer service is out of this world. (I spoke with Anita who offered helpful advice and then an immediate solution when the advice unfortunately didn't work)
I'd love to be selfish and keep this company and brilliant bargains and wonderful service all to myself but that wouldn't be beneficial to them in any way. So seriously check them out! For once its NOT a case of "if it seems too good to be true" Their items really are bargains!

Although the product I received from TLX was faulty they immediately reimbursed me the full purchase price, with no haggling or delay.
