Good value mix of 5 T shirts
I purchased 5 t shirts in varying styles/colours for £50, which I think is good value. They arrived promptly. They fit well and seem to be of good quality.

Your refund process takes far too long
Your refund process takes far too long. Two weeks for me to potentially receive my money back? Ridiculous. My money comes out to you within 24 hours. Apparently there was an issue with Royal Mail not sending the item back to your warehouse but to a Royal Mail depot. Not sure how that would work when it has your address on the parcel!!! Won’t be using TM Lewis again. Very poor service.

Great products
Great products, great company. Have ordered various formal/dress shirts from TM Lewin for years, as well as various accessories, and they've always been top notch. This time I noticed they had a sale on t-shirts, and the quality is excellent - at least on the face of it - time will tell if they last longer than others at a similar price point. The fit feels very comfortable and they look great!
