Unfortunately the shirt is too baggy so…
Unfortunately the shirt is too baggy and oversized. When I buy a large fit with the exact chest measurements from other manufacturers the fit is smart and the cut is complementary on the wearer but on this shirt it’s poorly designed and tailored, so not the smart fit I’m accustomed too and the linen is thick and lacks refinement. I have much better linen shirts which fit much smarter are lighter and feel less starchy from other high streets chains at a similar price range. Thinking about returning and asking for a refund would actually give zero stars but the option is not available

Still disappointed and frustrated!
Very disappointed with TM Lewin’s customer service standards. After the courier lost my order, I have not achieved resolution with TML and they are not responding to my repeated emails. No refund received, no replacement order despatched and no contact for one week. I will not be ordering again and will not recommend TML to anyone. Very poor indeed!
STILL NO RESOLUTION FROM TML AFTER 13 DAYS!
