Terrible after-sales service
Terrible after-sales service. I accidentally used the wrong delivery address when placing my order. As soon as I realized the mistake after paying, I contacted customer service by email to request that the address be updated. Unfortunately, all I received were automated responses saying the issue would be resolved, but nothing was ever done. They delivered to the wrong address, and I lost the order.

I ordered some T shirts from TM Lewin…
I ordered some T shirts from TM Lewin on the 5 for £50 deal. That was more than two weeks ago. Apparently there was a problem with delivery but TM Lewin have declined to contact the courier to find out what happening saying that the courier (Evri, who else) need to be given more time. I have purchased from TM Lewin before and like their clothes, but on this occasion they’ve failed.
