Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 1,393 reviews, reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently appreciate the careful packaging and reasonable prices when purchasing various green plants online for their homes. People often note that the delivered items arrive healthy and begin to thrive nicely after getting planted in the ground. Some reviewers were not happy with excessively long delivery times and receiving dead or mushy plants that unfortunately failed to grow. Consumers also mentioned that shipping took a very long time, communication was poor, and customer support was completely unhelpful regarding replacement options. Buyers felt disappointed when items arrived damaged or completely dry without showing any signs of life after weeks.

We're sorry to hear your experience didn't meet your expectations.

During our busy spring season, processing times can occasionally be longer than usual due to the volume of orders. Shasta Daisies are perennial plants that often spend their first season establishing strong root systems and, depending on growing conditions, may not produce significant top growth until the following spring.

We appreciate your feedback and thank you for giving our family-owned nursery the opportunity to serve you.

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed.

Our planting instructions are available on our website, on the QR code included with every shipment, and in our planting videos. Many of our bare-root perennials also spend their first growing season establishing roots and may not produce visible top growth until the following spring, depending on the variety.

We appreciate your feedback and will continue looking for ways to make our planting guidance even easier to find.

We're sorry to hear your plants never sprouted.

Many of our bare-root perennials spend their first growing season establishing roots and often do not produce visible top growth until the following spring. While it can appear that nothing is happening above ground, many species are developing below the soil before emerging the next season.

We appreciate your feedback and hope your plants surprise you with healthy new growth next spring.

About 6 of the plants were almost dead…

About 6 of the plants were almost dead upon arrival, but all the others look great and healthy. We hoping the 6 sad one would perk up,but they didn't and died. Because they looked so bad compared to the others, I think they were struggling before shipping.

We're sorry to hear that some of your plants didn't survive.

Our plants are inspected before shipping, but because they are living plants, shipping and environmental conditions can occasionally affect individual plants differently. We're glad to hear the rest of your order arrived healthy, though we're disappointed that six did not perform as expected.

We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve the quality and consistency of every shipment.

Great speed and communication

Delivery was almost exactly on time, down to the hour. Price was amazing, and I got a root ball like I expected. I ordered a lily of the valley.

Edit- I meant to put 5 stars, the flowers are beautiful. Dunno why it posted as 4 the first time

I got six roots and planted them all

I got six roots and planted them all. Can't remember the exact delivery date but it was around the day noted in this review. It was hard to tell which end of the root should go in the ground. I scratched both ends, as advised in the video that I watched and advise others to do the same. Might be an idea to somehow mark which end is which, maybe with a red Sharpie to show "this side up". The other thing is that of the 6 roots, only one is sprouting. I've seen lush bushes on people's fences near me and might just ask if I can nab a root or two from them.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you found our planting video helpful and appreciate your suggestion about marking the top of the roots—we'll certainly take that into consideration.

If only one of your plants has emerged so far, please don't give up on the others just yet. Many bare-root plants emerge at different rates depending on the species, soil temperatures, and local growing conditions.

Please email me directly at help@tnnursery.net with your order number. I'd be happy to review your order, identify the plants you received, and help determine whether they simply need more time or if there's another issue. We'd love the opportunity to help make this right.

Meh - next time I’ll buy local

Decent shipping and experience; however only about 50% of the plants actually grew once I planted them. Next time, I’ll just buy local. At least you can see they are alive.

We're sorry to hear your experience didn't meet your expectations.

Many of our plants are shipped dormant or bare root, and some species can take time to emerge depending on planting conditions and the time of year. That said, we certainly want every customer to be successful.

Please email me directly at help@tnnursery.net with your order number. I'd be happy to review your order and see what happened. We'd appreciate the opportunity to help before you give up on us.

Thank you for your feedback.
