We're a men's Shed!

We're a men's Shed!
After months of work we raised enough money to buy a dust extractor for our workshop. Ordered it, bought it and then our problems began!
It was supposed to come via TNT. I say supposed because it sat in their Depot from the 22 July until delivery on 9 August 2024; what's that? 3 weeks?
In that time I got lots of "Gee I'm sorry it wasn't delivered as promised" phone calls; some "we're understaffed" explanations and a couple of "I don't know what's going on" messages.
Simply, TNT can't assign priorities. What's worse, no-one seems to care about the problems.
Naw, never again!

Atrocious service

Atrocious service.
* Left a card despite me being a home.
* Took until the afternoon of the next day to tell me where the parcel went to.
* There are 7 TNT Express collection points closer to the depot TNT Express wants me to drive to to pick up the parcel they did not deliver.
* Don't reply to any of my emails.

The A. couriers have become Princes....



The TNT courier, car nr. 502 in a black van without any sign, didnt want to come to the 1st floor of my Unit to collect a carton for shipping by saying they were not allowed to enter buildings....Did anyone hear a bigger B.S. than that? I am 85 y.o. and I had to bring down the carton, being more than 10 Kgs, to the street for him!
Australian workers becoming more and more like Princes...!
Also, TNT cannot communicate with their drivers until they return. Dont have radios or even cellphone?
This has been the worst delivery I have ever experienced in all my life! And I had a very long one... Even 1 star is too much for him but I was unable to give Zero stars which is all he deserves! I will make sure not to use those again in the future! Please do the same!

Does not deserve any stars at all. I paid for something to come from Victoria, and to be delivered to my home, in Brisbane, was kept well informed by BigPost, on Tuesday I called the customer service dept of fedex/tnt express, to check as I could see it was at their facility, was assured that it would be delivered before 1700 that day and an email alert was set up for me, odd that it wasn’t txt, but OK, I thought excellent service. When nothing was delivered by 1600ish, I called again, they said it’s at the facility at Redbank, we’ll EMAIL them. I got that number and called for an hour, 8 options, but no one to speak with. I received an email, at 1800, to tell me sorry, your parcel wasn't delivered! Started calling again at 0800 Wednesday, no joy, they said I would be contacted at 1000, I called again at 1030, they put me, by accident I think, through to a supervisor, who told me that I would be contacted by BigPost. At 1600 I decided I wasn’t going to sit around, knowing it was at Redbank, so for an hours drive, I went there, luckily, struck an excellent employee, Alex, who located my parcel and, helped me get it in the car.
I had paid extra for it to be delivered to my house, had to send my builders away for the day, I will tell EVERYONE I can about this appalling service, and will nit be using Fedex/tnt express again.

Terrible service

Terrible service
They even didn’t ring the bell , then next day delivery they didn’t turn up but still send you message said they are coming and the end of the day text you said that you weren’t available for deliver.
Don’t know when I will get my parcel

Never use this company

Worst service ive ever had for delivery, i will never use them again, customer service is shocking and dont care whether you get your items or not, what should have taken 2 days is now 3 weeks and still nothing has turned up absolutely shocking, they dont ring you back when they say, they just dont care, im sure there is a better company out there that cares about there customers, they are useless but they will take your money and promise quick delivery but that is far from the truth dont ever use this company

Avoid

1 day international delivery is now taking 3 days (and still not received), the driver won’t call, if idiot and doesn’t find the adress, or my name, the company name and my phone number is clearly stated on the waybill, the depo doesn’t register new address for another day, I need to call to have any input about my package. Should I just sit in front of the house for a complete day to get my delivery???

I wrote a bad review yesterday because…

I wrote a bad review yesterday because they were not going to deliver the day it was meant to be delivered. So my parcel got delivered today and one of my products is broke. And you could hear broken glass inside the box. I am so sick of this delivery company.

Disgracefull and unprofessional service…

Disgracefull and unprofessional service bordering on incompetence or complaicency.

I have had many interstate materials supplied and the service I received from the smaller companies has been excellent. However, my express service via FedEx/TNT has ticked all of the wrong boxes to the point where I have instructed my suppliers not to use them for any reason.

After 4 days delay on a deleivery that is dependent on $4000 a day Liquidated Damages with the clock ticking, I was promised return phone calls that did not happen, excuses that there was a shortage of drivers and no commitment of an ETA. Basically, you'll just have to wait and see.

Its better to pay a bit more for professionals who care about their customers and their reputation than use these jokers.

I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars - the service is appalling. I've been on line for 2hours just to make a payment and then used a different phone to select somebody to speak to in person. It's 2024 can't you design a system where you can pay online with your credit card. It's not that hard you know

The worse delivery service in Asia-Pacific

My shipment was delayed by 4 days without explanation. For those 4 days I had no update to when delivery was going to be made. After multiple complaints and threats of legal action, my delivery finally arrived with neither Fedex or TNT taking any responsibility. Their call-centers are located offshore, with the customer service reps being completely clueless and having no link to the actual operations team. Do yourself a favour and use DHL.

Poor customer service and lies.

I called the customer service department to speak to somebody regarding an order that was not delivered, that was booked in and said was going to be delivered but didn't get delivered. My issue relates to the customer service person Yvonne. who not only lies over the phone, but Is about lying over the phone? just totally unacceptable behaviour. and reflects poorly on the company. and sends a message to the customers of what type of people are hired and the lack of poor training.

Worst service from TNT/Fedex

Worst service from TNT/Fedex. They sent a text message at 9:00am stating that the parcel will be delivered between 11am and 10pm today 13/12/2023. At 6:42pm, they sent me another text message stating that an attempt was made to deliver and no one was home. Which is a lie as I have been sitting outside my house from 4pm and have been home whole day. I even went through my CCTV and no attempt was made whatsoever to deliver the parcel. When contacted customer service, was informed that someone will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. This was an urgent delivery. This TNT/Fedex has no regard for the customer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Thieves

I payed 150 dollars for an express package. In stead of delivering in 4 days they delivered the package in 20 days.
And when you ask Ruben J. the "support specialist" from the Netherlands for a refund, he sais " no there is no garantee when your package will arrive. With other words , you are spoiling my time.

They leave cards and do not attempt delivery. Is difficult to talk to anyone - I got put straight through to the satisfaction survey for a completed call without having a call. And then they drop it to a news agency, but they can't tell you which one until it is there - when I finally got through on the phone they listed three as a possibility, none very close. With Australia Post at least I can opt to have it held at the LPO so I don't have to go through the attempted delivery charade. I am not sure why they exist.
